We were kindly welcomed by the owners. The accommodation is quietly located, the garden is large for playing and relaxing, the pool is refreshing in summer. The house is very functional, nicely decorated. The owners are extremely nice, communication with them was very pleasant. The little extra: their dog Runny! It's a property to have in your logbooks!

We had a great stay at Anne's place. The house is very nice and functional. We took advantage of the unoverlooked terrace and the bikes on loan for free is a plus and allowed us to beautiful walks in this beautiful area. The accommodation is close to the center of Coulon and quiet . The bedding is good and there are no noise disturbances! We would definitely recommend this listing!

We had the most wonderful 12-night stay in The Farmhouse and enjoyed fabulous hospitality from Sam & Stuart. It is very well equipped with everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. There is a beautiful outdoor space for al fresco dining. There is an enormous barn which has been converted into a games area and is incredibly well equipped with table tennis, pool, darts, table football, a library, and every board game known to man! There is also an invaluable library of information on the local area. The massive heated outdoor pool is such a beautiful area to relax in. With the local church as a backdrop and the sounds of the birds singing in the surrounding trees in the beautiful garden was absolute bliss. The location is a great base to travel from and explore the towns and villages in the surrounding area. We even managed a couple of day trips to La Rochelle and Bordeaux. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Quiet and peaceful location with all the necessary equipment. The apartment is tastefully renovated. A small terrace to enjoy the outdoors... given the weather I could not enjoy the pool but it will be for the next time. I will come back with great pleasure.

The house is very nice, spacious and bright, and well-equipped, as described, in a natural and quiet environment. Everything was perfectly clean, the bed linen too. We were able to enjoy the outdoors and the barbecue, it was perfect! We will definitely come back the next time we visit this beautiful region of the Poitevin marsh.

A dream week for us and our dog. Spacious house, very well equipped, offering a large, fully enclosed outdoor area. All in a charming little village, on the edge of La Sèvre. Good stay in the Marais Poitevin and also very close to the ocean. Really a good place! We'll come back and if possible to Laura's.

Estelle's accommodation is quiet along a very nice river to rest even if I was there for work it allowed me to relax in the evening I recommend it to all nature lovers in addition Estelle is a very nice host. I highly recommend this accommodation if you are going to the Niort area.

Loved our stay at this place!

We had a great time at Anne Sophie's! Beautiful house, quiet garden and filled with birdsong! This is exactly what we were looking for! Thank you to our hosts for making this little paradise available to us! The environment is lovely too. A trip with Julie, a "pigouilleuse" from the Autize pier, a stone's throw from the house, will also be a wonderful memory! We recommend this rental to all nature lovers!

We came for a golf competition in NIORT that weekend, we found this house 5 minutes from the golf course in perfect condition, very well equipped, and as it was a sports weekend, we left in the morning and returned in the evening around 8:00 p.m., fortunately the excellent bedding of this accommodation allowed us to recharge the batteries optimally. It was perfect. The small outdoor area made available was perfect (although it may deserve a small BBQ or small plancha) otherwise everything was very good. The geographical location allows quick access to the city center and is 5 minutes from the access to the main roads and for the reason of our stay it was perfect.

We loved our stay, everything was clear, small welcome booklet very well detailed, very well equipped accommodation. Ivone and Anthony were very caring and welcoming. We highly recommend this place 😊
