If you’re looking for a different kind of experience, this is the place to come. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and forest at the back, while the front opens up to a stunning sea view. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Having someone kind prepare your breakfast in the morning to them doing it all quietly without disturbing you was amazing While I went to the gym, my room was cleaned and our daily needs were always taken care of. We didn’t have to go to the market even once. You don’t even notice the presence of security or staff, everything runs so smoothly. Just 400 meters down the road, there’s a Muay Thai and fitness gym. After training, jumping into the pool or spending time in the ice bath was the perfect way to unwind. Everything was so well thought out, thank you so much. I had an amazing time.

Boligen er præcis som på billederne og udsigten er næsten smukkere - det er en drømme bolig, beliggende i et stille kvarter, der er få gode restauranter langs strand og vej, men vil anbefale en scooter så man kan komme ind til hvor der sker noget .. Til var fantastisk til at hjælpe med alt - hun hjalp med vores udflugter og sørgede for vi fik en anden hytte at blive i da vi havde tjekket ud og ventede på transport til lufthavnen.. 10/10 ..

The villa is beautiful, perfectly cleaned and maintained, with a stunning view, and all the mod-cons that you need. The location in Samui is very central. Sebastian is the perfect host - professional, friendly, efficient and fast to respond. Highly recommend! We look forward to stay again! :-)

i had a great stay at this villa. the place was very clean, and the furnture was like new, medern and arranged in very comfortable way. the was friendly and heplful even if he was not avable when we arrive but he was avalible in whatupp, which made the whole exoerience smooth and pleasant. the villa is located on a steep slope, which give it a unique charm and offered beautiful views. the location is peaceful and well-connected, just as described. the only thing i would syggest is adding an air conditioner in the livilg room, especially for the hot days. other than that, everything was perfect

The villa is brand new, welcoming guests from January 2025 which meant it is in perfect condition. Koh Samui is very hilly but we found this villa wasn't too far up a hill and the view is worth it, it really is incredible. The salt water infinity pool was perfect and we were swimming every day after our morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable and all of the air conditioners were working well. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, all were very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We took advantage of the service to order groceries to be supplied on our arrival which was well worth it. Our host Dave provided restaurant recommendations and information for how we could arrange car or bike hire to be delivered to the villa. Dave met us on arrival and was very gracious and understanding when we arrived late. I would highly recommend this villa, we loved every part of our stay here and will stay again.

Дом Тани оказался даже лучше, чем на фото. Чистая территория в маленьком резорте, красивая природа, манго, франжипани, пение птиц - я будто отдыхала у бабушки в деревне. Дом отличный, компактный, чистейшее постельное белье, новый холодильник, чистая ванная, хороший напор воды. До китайского квартала пара секунд ходьбы, до ближайшего пляжа - пара минут. Рядом множество ресторанов, кафе, массажных салонов, баров, вечерний рынок Маенама и магазин 7/11. Очень тихие соседи, дружелюбные хозяева резорта. Отдельно хочу отметить тщательную уборку дома. Таня - лучший пример того, какой должен быть хозяин дома: она всегда на связи, помогала с такси, были мелкие поломки в доме - она все решала очень быстро. Рекомендую дом Тани на 100%. Я еще вернусь) Спасибо за этот месяц жизни в маленьком рае

I just stayed in and looked at the beach…. So gorgeous. House was not cluttered which I liked very much. Quiet area.

La villa est très belle avec une vue magnifique, quel bonheur de se réveiller tous les matin avec ce panorama 😍 La route pour aller jusqu’à Bohput ou Fisherman market et très passante donc un peu dangereuse à pieds mais avec précaution ça se fait très bien 👍🏼 Je recommande !!

Un grand merci à Violaine pour son accueil et sa gentillesse . Nous avons passé quelques jours agréable dans cette maison avec vu sur la mer.

hatten eine super zeit. catalin der host ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. das strandhaus war genau so wie beschrieben. lage direkt am meer sehr entspannt, ruhig und romantisch. obwohl wir eher vorsichtig gegenüber fremden hunden sind, haben wir die beiden hunden schnell in unser herz geschlossen - sie sind sehr zutraulich und lieb (auch wenn der eine hund am ersten tag noch bellte). wir konnten auch direkt einen scooter vom host mieten. vielen dank catalin für den schönen aufenthalt!

The villa was extremely clean and well maintained. The villa was equipped with basic toiletries including towels, cooking basics and cleaning supplies. A cleaner was also available every morning. The beach was extremely nice though had rocks. The villa is within the hotel so around a 5 mins walk from reception but a buggy service is provided and easy to contact. An amazing villa and I would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Koh Samui.

Pung é uma ótima host. Sempre disponível pra tirar dúvidas e respondia rapidamente. Tivemos uma estadia longa e nos sentimos em casa! Não consigo avaliar esse local, pois como a vizinhança estava em obra, Pung proativamente nos deu um upgrade para uma casa maior e a experiência foi muito boa. Locamos uma scooter diretamente com a Pung e o preço foi imbatível se comparado a outras locadoras, ainda mais considerando a qualidade da scooter e não ser necessário retirar ou entregar em nenhum outro local. Resumindo, adoramos a nossa estadia e Koh Samui!

The house was great for our group of 5. The outdoors area was spectacular. It's definitely on a VERY steep hill, and a bit further from town than I expected, but the views can't be beat. And it was very easy to get taxis to/from the house whenever needed. The house manager was extremely responsive, and organized scooter rentals for us and sent local recommendations. We had a great time!

Очень удобная и классная вилла, классная планировка - большая гостиная, удобно проводить время, телевизор, музыкальная колонка, рабочий стол. Спальни находятся в разных сторонах виллы, удобный большой бассейн - ребенок был в восторге. На открытом воздухе зона для обедов/ужинов и гриль (мы не пользовались). Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, включая посудомоечную машину. Большой холодильник с ice maker. В ванных душ и красивая ванная, хороший напор воды и температура воды. Вилла находится в глубине от основной дороги, дорога узкая, иногда много машин навстречу - приходилось разъезжаться - нам это не доставляло неудобства, мы опытные водители. Рядом с виллой ничего нет (нет кафе/магазинов). Есть слоновий питомник. Электричество отдельная оплата, мы заплатили 3500 бат за 12 ночей. Очень качественная вилла, превзошла наши ожидания😍 Alex хороший хозяин, быстро отвечал, создал чат перед заездом, где мы общались, очень добрая и приятная Khun Aor. Спасибо, мы отлично провели отпуск на Самуи.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Koh Samui was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that looked like it came straight out of a postcard. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from a stocked kitchen to cozy lounge areas perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Waking up to the sound of birds and the gentle rustle of palm trees, followed by breakfast with a view of the ocean, was truly unforgettable. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive from local restaurants, markets, and beaches. Whether we wanted to unwind or head out for some island adventure, everything was within reach. This home made our Koh Samui trip incredibly special. We left feeling relaxed. We'll be back

Fantastic airbnb to stay at! Our host was so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Really made everything easy for us. The villa was even more beautiful in person than in the photos, which honestly never happens! The pool was incredible and we spent so much time just enjoying those gorgeous views. Everything looked exactly like what we expected from the listing. Jack the driver deserves a special mention because he was seriously awesome. Not only was he super flexible with our schedule and pickups, but he gave us the best local recommendations. We discovered some amazing spots we never would have found otherwise, and he was just such a genuinely nice guy to be around. Everything about this place exceeded what we hoped for. You can tell our host really cares about making sure guests have a great time. We’re already talking about coming back! Thanks for an unforgettable trip!

This is a cute little beach house just a minute away from a beautiful quiet beach. We were here in June and had the beach basically to ourselves. There are not a lot of food options or 7 eleven near by. But the trade off is it is quiet and not touristy. Grab has a hard time finding it so I provide them with photos of the turn off from the main road. Overall, it was the perfect size for 2 of us. please note, no air con in main living area, but it works fine in the bedrooms. The porch is nice with a big fan in the evening for a drink or quiet time. This was just what I needed to relax. Thanks!

Really enjoyed my time here, so decided to also try out this place which is next-doors. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, new, and modern. The host was kind, communicative, and made sure I had everything I needed before arrival. Everything was straightforward and easy, which made the stay feel smooth. I'd happily stay again and would recommend it to others looking for a peaceful place.

I can’t express it in words - this place is a sanctuary!! It is so clean and maintained. You are surrounded by the incredible jungle and palm trees (yes nature sounds included which i loved!!) you cannnot see or hear a single neighbour and there is honestly hardly ever traffic, cant hear anything other then beautiful rain (when it does) and insects, birds! Great undercover balcony! Not to mention the view!! You see Koh tao when it’s clear (i did everyday in may!) Natty and Joffrey go ABOVE & BEYOND to help and to explain everything and give local knowledge. They booked a taxi for me from the airport to the home, my driver Youi was so beautiful! Nice to see a woman taxi driver. They helped me with a scooter accident, let me store luggage, they are honestly the most helpful and welcoming hosts I’ve ever had! I really didn’t want to leave. This place is something very special and for the ridiculously low price you’d be silly to not!! Maenam is way better spot too, less touristy!

This is a rare case when reality has greatly exceeded my expectations. Stunning seaview, trees and beautiful bids, squirrels, NO mosquitoes and ants inside and at the terrace. Pool with a view. And you can find a new kitchen utensils and even kitchen hand towels (this is a very rare case). So this is amazing place to stay. The only thing is it was a steep, winding climb up the hill, which became very difficult for us after dark in the rain in a subcompact car. But anyway the view is worth it.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben - sauber, ruhig, gemütlich und gut gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, schnell und herzlich. Besonders haben wir die liebevollen Details und die gute Organisation geschätzt.
