Great place especially for the price, really nice spot to end our travels

Probably one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in all of Thailand. The garden was lovely and very well taken care of. The environment was peaceful and the staff were so friendly. I’m looking forward to staying here again when I come back to Pai.

Nice location and great host. They provide everything we needs and they are very flexible. We were on our family vacation and this place felt like home.

There are now words to describe the beauty of the place Mayuri and her family have created. It is simply amazing and worth a trip to Chiang Rai on its own. That is not to say you should expect everything to be 100% perfect and always absolutely quiet (at times one can hear the nearby village life). However, the atmosphere is serene, the nature and facilities (incl. pool area and garden) beautiful, the food amazing and the hosts extremely friendly and welcoming. One of our best Airbnbs ever.

I had a pleasure of staying at this incredible villa. The villa itself was an oasis of comfort and luxury. The spaciousness and the beautifully manicured garden of the villa allowed us to feel relaxed and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fabulous private pool!!! The water is clear and pristine, not only the pool was impeccably maintained, but the addition of floaty and pool ball provided was a delightful surprise! The host was very responsive and helpful. When we reached out for additional blanket, they responded promptly and arranged speedy delivery to our villa. The location of the villa was a bit difficult to find, yet the host gave us immediate and easy-to-follow instructions upon our enquiry. Despite a few minor issues such as many insects and some noise from the construction right next to the villa, the villa's combination of luxury amenities, pool facilities and beautiful greenery make it an outstanding holiday destination!

We really loved our stay here. The house is just as beautiful as the pictures if not more so. And our one-year-old had such a blast in the swimming pool. We loved the tamarind fruits falling from the trees and they have become my son’s favorite snack. It’s true the when we first heard the fruits falling in the roof, it startled us a little but later on we fell in love with the sounds. It gives the house life and special energy. And we really enjoyed the company of the lovely family of the housekeeper and their two cats. The sweetest ever. I would strongly recommend family and friends to stay here and maybe for a longer time. We stayed over a week and were sad to leave.

Great stay at Sira's house - nice quiet location but close enough to everything we wanted. When we arrived, we used the google maps location provided, but it went to a wrong location, so we just put in the cafe name that is opposite instead and found it that way. We thought we had access to the whole house, but maybe we missed something on the original listing. We also had some problems with the main room A/C but Sira and her partner were very responsive to us with trying to sort it out. The house is nice and spacious and we spent lots of time there hanging out. An added bonus was there were some baby toys, high chair and floor seat and mat which were very welcomed by us and my 8mo baby 🤩 definitely recommend to stay here!

I had an absolutely blissful stay with the host Nepat couldn’t have been more helpful. Recommendations were provided for everything needed and the service provided in cleaning, cooking and doing my washing couldn’t have been better. I have stayed at some fantastic properties, however this being the best

We had a wonderful at Chiang Mai and that was largely thanks to Yakir. He was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. any issues were dealt with immediately to the extent that he personally took my son to the grocery store to get some food when we needed, and showed him around the neighbourhood upon request for dining recommendations. The house is beautifully done giving a very relaxing vibe and the rooms were well kept. 11/10 would recommend staying here and frankly, if you’re planning a trip to chiang mai you really need not look further. This is the house you want to stay in. Great location, incredible host, fantastic amenities and i’d go a step further and say it’s even better than advertised.

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

가족여행으로 택한 숙소 였는데 가족들이 묵기에 완벽한 숙소 였어요. 부모님과 어린 아이까지 모두 만족한 최고의 숙소였고, 특히 호스트 Fatimma와 그녀의 스태프가 아주 친절하고 완벽한 응대를 해주어서 너무 좋은 추억으로 남을 거 같아요. 혹시 이 곳을 고민 하신다면 선택하시길 바랄게요~

숙소가 정말 멋졌어요! 가족여행으로 방문했는데 사진보다 예쁘고 깨끗해서 도착하자마자 감탄했답니다 :) 호스트분도 응대가 정말 빠르고 불편한 점이 생기면 바로바로 해결해 주셔서 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 방은 2층에 3개, 1층 별채에 2개가 있었는데, 2층 방 한 곳을 제외하고는 외부를 통해 이동해야 해서 처음엔 조금 당황했지만 금방 익숙해졌어요. 숙소 위치는 현지 주택가 골목 안쪽에 있었는데, 위험하다고 느껴진 적은 없었고 조용하고 한적한 분위기였어요. 옆집 아기 우는 소리와 닭 소리가 잘 들리긴 했지만 방해될 정도는 아니었어요. 올드타운까지는 도보로 10~15분 정도 걸렸는데, 저희는 대부분 그랩을 이용해서 이동했어요. 주방 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 마트에서 장을 봐 와서 직접 요리해 먹기 좋았고, 수영장은 성인 목 정도 깊이로 넓어서 다들 함께 즐기기에 좋았어요. 한 가지 아쉬웠던 점은 세탁기가 수동이란 점이에요. 물 틀고 잠그고 헹굼/탈수 등 과정마다 직접 조절해야 해요. 물론 호스트가 상세하게 안내해줬지만 3박 머무르며 수건 빨아 써야 하는 상황에 수동 세탁기는 아쉬웠어요. 그럼에도 가족 모두 만족하고 좋은 추억 만들고 왔어요. 주변에도 추천하고 싶어요!

和照片相符並且進入房子會再加分100%、整潔、舒服 地點是最棒的部份 步行就可以抵達熱鬧商場 按摩、夜市 並且去任何景點都容易到達 還有房子裡面任何家電都很棒 從廚房微波爐到衛浴吹風機 有機會絕對會再回訪💕

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

Beautiful house - a really special stay. The bedrooms were very nice. There was lots of things for our children to play with as well as a pool ( e.g badminton bats,Ping pong tables and balls) they had a fantastic time. Alex was really helpful before after and during.😊

What an amazing experience and worth every penny! The location was ideal for getting where we needed to be, we felt secluded and safe while still in a convenient place to enjoy the bustling city. it really was an oasis to come home to after long hot days. We hope to return to Thailand someday and absolutely want to stay here again. The communication, the accommodations, and everything in between was absolutely everything we were looking for and needed for our stay in Chiang Mai!

Great location with a private pool. We really enjoyed the space and central location, it meant we could walk most places and return for short breaks to cool off in the pool before heading out again. All bedrooms had an ensuite and were spacious. A great option for groups travelling together

Nous avons passé un très chouette moment dans ce quartier de Chiang Mai ! accessible facilement en Grab, dans le centre mais pas trop et avec une chouette vie de rue. Un chouette endroit en plus pas loin pour des petits déjeuner succulents. le logement etait bien organisés propres, et a l'arrivée, de l'eau et des petits snacks nous étaient offerts! Vraiment, je conseille !

Highly recommend this house! I had a fantastic stay—the host was incredibly supportive and friendly. The house was clean and located in an amazing area (takes 3 mins walk to weekend street market). Their responsiveness made my visit even more enjoyable!
