Surrounded by mountains, orchard and rice field. Our big house is shared by my sister's family under one roof. Your space is a private apartment located on the first floor of a two story house and next to our cafe-cafe at home. A quiet neighborhood around the house and close to the rice field where you can enjoy the view and local way of life.

Best place for friends and family with private swimming pool house. Located in Tumbon Tha Sut. Just 15 mins from airport and 5 mins from Mae Fah Luang University. Our house is very close to many attractions- famous Choui Fong Tea (20 mins), Baan Dam Museum (10 mins), Wat Rong Khun White Temple (30 mins), Mueng Chiangrai (20 mins), Singha Park (30 mins). We are right next to Apostrophe's Cafe and just 5 mins to 7-11 store nearby. Drive 5 mins to the local street foods around the university.

The farm is very peaceful , it’s good to rest and relax, also It’s closed to the airport just 20-25mins drive . We can arrange a car to pickup or drop you off at the airport or bus station in the city and also we can arrange a one day trip in Chiang Rai. We provide WI-FI and bicycles for cycling around in the village.

A good, cost-effective and simple option if you need a place to sleep. There's no bells and whistles. But the price is right for a comfortable room with air conditioning. The home is owned by a cute older man with his dogs and he will be around the area tending to the house and his plants during the day. He doesn't speak any English and is a little hard of hearing but you can message on AirBNB if you need anything. The home is basically connected to the Triple J cafe next door. Don't expect luxury but you're not paying a luxurious price. The home has a great view of the mountains and lake. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The wi-fi also works well and you can message the host for details. The bathroom is very simple but it gets the job done. The dogs can be a little loud at night so if you have trouble with this type of noise you may want to book elsewhere, otherwise it's a good option. Also the connected cafe has good food and the staff is very nice.

This is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The cottage itself is very modern and clean with plenty of hot water in a great shower. There is no hot plate in the kitchen, but the host provided fruit which was enough for me for a couple days. The pastry in the morning is perfectly delicious. It would be a short walk to go up the hill into the village and find some noodles, but I was very satisfied to hang out on the deck. No bugs! There are nice screens on all the doors and windows - I slept with everything open - it was quire cool in the mornings, and the sleeping was great for it. This ranks up there with some of my favorite travel experiences. I would pay more for some simple meals during the evening - this would make this place the ultimate retreat

Charmant hôtel, dont certaines chambres ont vu sur un jardin. Visite de la ville en bicyclette (free). Petit déjeuner inclus. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Phim's house is near the Wat Ban Laeo and M.J. Night Market, in San Sai, Mae Chan, not far from the Pa Tueng Hot Springs and Choui Fong Tea plantation, etc.. if you have Map apps, you can easily find it using the Wat Ban Laeo location. A motorbike or car is required or preferred to get there, and get around the beautiful area in general. We arrived late at night after a long day driving around, thanks to instructions from Phim, and met her sister and father who live in the house next door, and are very helpful, kind, smiling people. The house and room is very clean and nice for a stop over, 1-2 nights, and has interesting photos and decor. I would stay here again when/if i find myself back in the area. Thanks Phim :)

Sutad is the greatest host I have ever experienced. His hospitality is wonderful. We had a great time staying with him. We enjoyed having conversation with him and his food. If you look for real nature, you wont be dissappointed.
