Holiday rentals in Madonna del Piano

We very much enjoyed our stay here!! So beautiful, very peaceful! Super clean, fantastic host that gave us great recommendations!! Really made our Umbria stay very special!

My family and I stayed at Giovanni’s house for 2 weeks and loved every day. The pictures posted don’t do it justice. The location is beautiful and with a view worth getting up early for. The house is as described and has everything you are likely to need. The air con is a welcome relief when the temperatures are hitting the high 30’s. The solar panels they have fitted make you feel a bit better about having used it. The pool is the best place to be after a hot day seeing the Umbrian countryside. It is 1.4m deep but has steps and a small shallow area for younger kids. The house is well placed for all of Umbria’s highlights within an hour’s drive. There is a large supermarket within 10 mins drive as is Todi if you want an evening out. Lastly Giovanni and Letizia the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Pro active before we arrived, helpful for details with the house and also provided some nice local food and drinks on arrival.

I have stayed at 50+ AirBnB and this was my all time favourite. Imagine staying within a castle, with an adjacent church, a great pool and the most fabolous views of the umbrian country side. Not to forget the best equipped kitchen and the best care taker Nazareno. And an actual fresco in the bedroom! Cant recommend this place enough.

Bardzo pamiętny pobyt, Fonte Galiano i otoczenie wygląda jak z bajki. Basen wielki, oba domy bardzo dobrze wyposażone we wszystko co może potrzebować duża grupa. Mimo, że nocowaliśmy w 17 osób to dom dzięki swojej przestrzeni nie sprawiał wrażenia ciasnego. W okolicy bardzo dużo do zobaczenia, przede wszystkim bajkowe Monte Castello di Vibio, nieco dalej Perugia i Asyż. 15 minut samochodem do najbliższego dużego supermarketu Emi, który posiada wszystko co może być potrzebne na pobyt w takim miejscu. Oprócz tego mieliśmy bardzo dobry kontakt z Roberto, który zawsze był dostępny i pomagał nam w przypadku problemów z czymkolwiek. Podsumowując: polecam :)

I popretari molto gentile e danno aiuto se bisogna. Grande ospitalita. La casa e la piscina sempre molta polita. Il negozio alimentari vicino. Bella zona per excursioni : Spoleto, Spello, Montefalco ( ottimo vino Sagrantino) Assisi, Perugia. Noi siamo qui la seconda volta e spenderemo le vacance anche le prosdime anni qui. E veramente un luogo fantastico da ricomandare a tutti, giovani , seniori et famiglie.

Adele and Patrik are a great team. Adele met us in the square, as we had a rental car, and then helped us with our bags to the home. It’s a decent walk—we had two kids and grandmas with us—and thankfully, everyone was able to manage the steep walkways. The views from this home are the best we’ve ever seen. You’re just a 3–5 minute walk, depending on your pace, from a small grocery shop, restaurants, a church, the underground tour, and more. It was the perfect location for the wedding we attended. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes, so a rental car isn’t really necessary unless you’re traveling after hours. Adele was available 24/7 to answer questions and was very accommodating. Our entire family had an amazing time. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for everything!

Soggiornare in questo cottage è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa! Panorama splendido e Federica è una persona gentilissima, davvero squisita! Il cottage è semplicissimo da raggiungere, le stanze sono pulite e c’è tutto l’occorrente per trascorrere qualche giorno in relax…bellissima anche la piscina, la zona solarium e gli animali. Posto perfetto per chi ha bambini o vuole rilassarsi immerso nella natura!

What a gem! The house, garden, and pool are beautiful and inviting. The house has a lot of charm and combines the traditional style of the country house with modern elements! The pool is situated in a lovely garden with several seating areas and has the most amazing view over the breathtaking Umbrien countryside! Everything is very quiet and peaceful. Maryse, Eduard, and their dog Koos are simply lovely. Koos and our dog got along very well wich was a big plus for us and we enjoyed watching them play together. Maryse gave us lots of recommendations about things to do and places to have lunch or dinner and also offered to make reservations for us. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!
