Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Madaba Governorate

This villa was lovely. Beautifully stocked and really clean. Haitham was fantastic: immediately communicative and helped out when we lost the address late one night. He could not have been more helpful. The area is a drive from restaurants and the Dead Sea itself but it is in a town that takes you away from the major tourist areas, which is often really needed. That means that it has some roads etc that are less developed but there are plenty of routes that are. There are local shops though. Definitely recommend, especially if you are in need of getting away from it all.

Generally quite nice place. Only issue is that the wifi is not working properly with TV.

Najwan and Alex were really easy to communicate with was useful for checking in, organising meals, tips on good places to swim and sorting out minor issues. Alex is an amazing chef and we really enjoyed the meals he cooked for us (request in advance). Dining overlooking the Dead sea at sunset was perfect to welcome us to the villa. We loved having it to ourselves, the bedrooms were fab and well appointed with comfy beds and nice touches such as a selection of coffee/tea, decent wifi, poolside speaker: pools were lovely! There was a shaded bit to park our hire car under (guard opens/closes the security gate 24/7). An odd quirk was occasionally early in the morning the gardener switches the water supply from the villa to the garden, we were up early (6am) to head to Petra (3.5hr drive) so were a bit surprised; warn Alex if you need it left on for an early shower. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would def recommend the villa and especially Alex's cooking; thank you so much!

Issa est très sympathique et son logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. il bénéficie d'une magnifique terrasse très cosy et très jolie. on a été très agréablement surpris par la décoration du logement qui mêle modernité et ancien. De plus Issa a été hyper flexible sur notre heure d'arrivée et il a été d'excellent conseil pour les restaurants et la visite de la ville . Je recommande sans souci on a adoré être au centre de la ville et du souk

We loved our stay in Olle's home. She was very communicative and accommodating. She kindly allowed us to check in early. The apartment smelled and looked very clean and fresh. It felt brand new. I felt like I was in my own home. Olle and her husband welcomed us warmly. Clearly they have beautiful hearts and lots of love. We enjoyed eating cake and maqloba prepared by Olle. She gave us good advice and was available for all our needs. The apartment is in a great location. It was very accessible and close to many good places, such as museums, bakeries, shops, etc. We definitely plan to return. Thank you so much, Olle!

Abdalla apartmanjában csodásan éreztük magunkat, a lakás gyönyörű és tiszta. Azonban ami a leginkább megfogott, a családja vendégszeretete. Isteni forró teával vártak, amit közösen a kertben fogyasztottunk el, miközben Abdalla édesapja szórakoztatott minket és érdekes dolgokat mesélt. Segítőkészek voltak a programokban, illetve helyi éttermek választásában is. Abdalla villámgyorsan, kedvesen és segítőkészen válaszolt minden üzenetemre. MIndenkinek ajánlom!

We had a great stay at Omars place! He was very friendly, easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions and directions. His mom met us to let us in and we were shocked at how big the apartment was in person! Very clean, lots of room for us, had all the amenities you'd need for a longer stay. It was walkable to all the major sights in Madaba but also very cool to be in a local neighborhood. I wish we had more time here but highly recommend booking this place when you are in the area!

This is a lovely big apartment in a nice neighbourhood. It is very spacious, good for families. Fadi I responded to all of my needs quickly and was very attentive. I recommend eating out or ordering take away as a lot of the kitchen items are rusty.

Quasem was an excellent host! He was friendly and very helpful, sharing recommendations and answering our questions. The flat had a lovely view of Amman and was spacious with clean, good facilities and a central location. We had a lovely stay.

Ruba was a great host and answered any queries that we had before and during our stay in Amman. The apartment was amazing and the location was perfect as it was central to everything and walking distance to our friends and supermarket. I definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. Taghrid is a great host! she replies fast and is very polite and helpful. The apartment looks like on the pictures. It's cozy, clean and with a very nice terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. I was very happy and satisfied with my trip.

Staying at Mohammed’s place was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Jordan. From the moment I arrived, Mohammed went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He had prepared a beautiful basket full of fresh fruit, bottled water, and snacks , such a thoughtful and generous gesture that really made me feel at home right away. The house itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has such a warm, cozy atmosphere. It felt like home from the moment I walked in. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay. Mohammed was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my visit. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, he replied almost instantly and was always happy to help. His hospitality is truly exceptional. The location is also perfect , safe, convenient, and close to everything I needed. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’ll absolutely be booking it again the next time I visit Jordan. Thank you, Mohammed, for making my stay so memorable!

I loved staying there and would stayed longer if the place wasn’t already booked. Will definitely recommend and book again. Easy access to shops and I had full kitchen and good tv. Great for solo trips and when you seek both quiet time alone and easy access to busy areas.
