Appartement chaleureux et super bien situé

Charmant appartement très lumineux, en mezzanine, situé en plein coeur d'Ixelles. Juste à coté de l'avenue Louise connue pour ses belles boutiques, de la place Flagey où vous pourrez vous promener le long des étangs d'Ixelles, manger ou boire un verre. Près de la place du Chatelain, connue pour son marché et ses apéros en été. A 20 min à pieds du park du bois de la cambre et 10 min du centre ville et des cinémas. L'appartement se trouve également à 10 min à pieds de la commission européenne.

Cozy and very pleasant appartment in Ixelles

We are renting our beautiful flat during our holidays. It is very well located in Ixelles, between the famous "Place Jourdan" and "Place Flagey". You will be able to enjoy its little garden and bright, spacious living areas. Transport facilities, supermarkets, restaurants and parks are just a 10-minute walk away. The city centre can be reached in 20 minutes by bus (95). Bed linen and towels are included.

It is well located, close to the EU institutions and a walking distance from the city center. You will have the entire place for yourself. For your knowledge. My cat is NOT in the apartment anymore. So NO PETS around. You will be all by yourself. :)

We moved into our new home early 2019 after intensive renovations. As a result, the impressive living room is full of light, with a fully equipped brand new kitchen, no vis-a-vis and a beautiful view on a patio garden full of trees. The bedrooms are comfortable and cosy, the bathroom luxurious. There is a security camera at the entrance of the house and will be disconnected at your arrival.

We had a lovely two-day stay in Ixelles, Brussels. The apartment was cozy and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Vanessa, our host, is very kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. We’d definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Her two dogs are gorgeous and maybe the most behaved dogs I’ve ever met! The place was peaceful and had plenty of space. If you are bringing a big suitcase it’s better it stays downstairs and you bring what you need to your room up the stairs which are narrow. The bathroom has everything you need, shampoo, body wash for men and women, deodorant, tooth paste, floss and more! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels such a beautiful home and warm host!

Hermoso departamento , con sol entrenando por la ventana todo el día . Cómodo, posee un espacio para trabajar y se puede cocinar (una hornalla). La esquina donde se encuentra es una de las más lindas de Bruselas, abajo tiene un bar que es muy amigable y concurrido. Al cerrar las ventanas, el departamento es súper silencioso. Volvería sin dudarlo

The apartment was perfect for us—2 couples plus my daughter. It was spacious, light, well furnished, and conveniently located at a main Metro station, and with plenty of bistros, grocery stores, parks within easy walking distance. It was quiet, but with an occasional low rumble from the tram passing below. The modern kitchen was well-equipped and easy to navigate. We used it mostly for breakfast but easily could have done more. The roof deck was magnificent! We watched some amazing sunsets over the Parc Cinquantenaire. Casaflow was very responsive. The power went out briefly and they directed me to the electric panel where I reset a main breaker. The elevator wasn’t as responsive; fortunately, my very fit daughter was willing to climb 5 flights to send it down for us older folks. I’m sure that will be fixed. All in all, we could not have picked a better place to stay in Brussels.

Heerlijk nieuw appartement, dicht bij de Europese Commissie en het Jubelpark. Allerlei spullen aanwezig, waardoor je je meteen thuis voelt. Weinig geluid in de slaapkamer, het bed is voor 2 personen een beetje klein.
