Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lys-Haut-Layon

Great stay at Yoann's, very responsive and accommodating host. The house is spotless and tastefully decorated. We could definitely stay at Yoann's again.

We used Pavillon Famille Fonteneau's home as a base for visiting Puy Du Fou, so we spent very little time in the home and only had a couple of hours in Cholet centre, which was very pleasant. The home was a great base, the beds were super comfortable and it was so quiet and peaceful in the neighbourhood. The home had everything we needed for our stay and was a much nicer and more cost effective experience than staying in a hotel. If we come back to the area, I would love to stay there again.

We thank Christophe very much for this stay in this beautiful little accommodation. We were visiting for a wedding, the accommodation is as described, very clean and very well located. Christophe welcomed us very well and gave us a tour, it was a very appreciable exchange! We will be back!

Very warm and friendly welcome. The accommodation is very clean and modern. We recommend these hosts who welcomed us despite a very late arrival. Housing located between the Futurocope and the Puy du Fou, which is very convenient for our holidays.

What a finding this was! The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Jordane and Stephane were just the most amazing hosts and the attention to detail in the house was just incredible. The house was probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in and the hosts provide lots of little extras which was so helpful. We have fallen in love with the place and we are sure to go back for a longer period. Our only problem was that we were there for two nights and we wished we could have stayed forever!! Thank you Jordane and Stephane for an amazing stay!

This place is a marvel for those who love nature. The cottage is very nice and functional, even for two couples. The outdoor spaces allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather of this long weekend without suffering from the heat. Our doggy loved this large space. Our garden now seems small to him. Thank you to Thomas and his family for sharing this green setting and for letting us enjoy the beauty of this Saint Exupery rose garden.

Very nice place, very cute garden, we couldn't enjoy it much just to sleep, and leave quite quickly... But impeccable and tastefully decorated accommodation! (We were a little hot upstairs but good, given the heat of the day, it's normal) Thanks again!

Very nice welcome from Christine who, having been unable to make herself available to welcome us, had prepared the stove: all that was left was to light the match! The accommodation is clean, functional, warm and spacious: perfect for taking a break, whatever the weather. We also took advantage of our stay at Christine's to go to Puy du Fou, located 25 minutes from the accommodation. The exchanges with Christine are warm and jovial, thanks again for everything!

Sarah’s apartment was the perfect quick little stopover whilst we’re on our roadtrip. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, uber well equipped and in a gorgeous walkable location. The apartment was very clean and the bed was also comfortable! Water pressure in the shower was great too. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a large suitcase as the building is very old and has narrow doors and stairs (the apartment is on the 2nd floor). Sarah was also a very friendly host; offering recommendations of restaurants and boulangeries that were great. All in all, a great value stop in a gorgeous little town, I couldn’t recommend it more! We stayed 3 nights during our stay at Puy du Fou. Nicolas' studio is perfect for this. Comfortable, very clean and very well equipped. The accommodation is quiet, 20 minutes from Puy du Fou with everything you need nearby. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Excellent stay at François's, accommodation both impeccably clean and functional. Quiet neighborhood, easy and secure parking with private parking space. Really nothing to repeat. Nice studio, well-equipped and super clean. The residence is very well maintained, very quiet and secure. Shops within walking distance and walks nearby. i really recommend it.

Good experience. The accommodation was as described. Very pleasant, well arranged, very warm and functional. The bed is very large and access to the garden (a real little green oasis) is a real bonus. The only downside could be the parking. At times when the neighborhood is busy, it is rather difficult to find a place to park near the accommodation. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Saumur.

We had a great stay at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the botanical garden so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with the windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!
