The house is 120 sqm with 3 bedroom - 1 x double bed (200x180), 1 half double bed (140x200) and 1 x single bed (90x200). 2 bathroom and a kitchen, dining room, and living room all in one room. The house has a cozy small back yard and an active front yard with basketball, football, and trampoline.

Min frodige have og skønne træterrasse er oplagt til stille stunder og div hygge med ell uden markisens skygge. Endvidere rummer mit hus, masser af ældre hyggelig indretning + træterrasse også på 1.sal.

House in Charlottenlund close to seashore

Welcome to our house built in 1914, it is 340kvm and a perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have a big garden and barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and one toilet. In two of the bedrooms we have 180x200cm beds and the rest has 140x200cm beds. We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.

Enjoy life in this peaceful and centrally located residence. In the green area north of Copenhagen, you have both forest, beach, and city close by. In our house, you can relax in the living rooms, have breakfast on the veranda, and grill in the southwest-facing garden. Huset er fra 1770 og fungerede oprindeligt som smedje for Eremitageslottet i Dyrehaven. Et charmerende og hyggeligt, gammelt hus, der er funktionelt og moderniseret med respekt for husets historie. Huset ligger midt i naturen, og lige udenfor døren kan du gå tur i Dyrehaven eller tage en dukkert i Øresund. Yderligere ligger huset i gå afstand til den hyggelige gamle fiskerby Taarbæk med havn, restauranter og legeplads.
