Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors in the vicinity, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Attic apartment by the pond

You have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a fold-out bed with quality mattresses. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

Are you looking for the perfect escape to nature, yet close to the city? The small house is located in a beautiful garden just 5 km from České Budějovice. It is an ideal oasis of peace for couples, families with children and enthusiastic travelers who want to discover the beauty of South Bohemia. The entire area is literally surrounded by greenery, so you can enjoy privacy and relaxation. 🐾 Dogs are welcome 🔥 Outside: gas grill, fire pit and covered seating area 🛋️ Inside: bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen ⏰Checkout is not until 12:00 p.m.!

Nemanice House

The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a folding chair. There's a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room. A total of 5 places. The house has its own courtyard with outdoor seating. Possibility to rent a baby cot. The kitchen includes an electric stove with a glass ceramic hob, a kettle and a toaster. Accommodation on the outskirts of Č. Budějovice in the immediate vicinity of public transport (300 m.). Bus ride to the center about 10 minutes. There is also a restaurant, drugstore, tobacco shop or grocery store nearby.

One-room sunny apartment with kitchenette, private bathroom and toilet. The house built around 1830 on the foundations of a medieval gateway to the city on the road "St. Anna" from Čelkovice, lies just below the walls on the southern slope above the Lužnice river valley, 2 minutes on foot from the main square. Bathroom amenities - large bath and shower. Public parking is 30 m from the house (price from 40,- CZK/day). Entryway with keypad (code will be sent via SMS) = self check-in. Tabor (not Prague!)

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Our house is very family friendly. In our two flor modern villa with a large garden, we are able to accommodate large groups. The house benefits are spacious well-proportioned rooms which are well lit with large windows. It is ideal for large families with babies/children and grandparents. Children's toys and books aplenty.

Suite with 2 BDR in Guard Tower built 1505- centre

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
