Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Luz

We spent a lovely stay at this villa. Very well maintained, very clean and comfortable - located in a very nice pine tree private condominium with other villas near by. It can accommodate 10/12 people with plenty of space. Kitchen has been renovated this past winter, and most of the kitchen appliances are new. It has AC in all areas which is perfect for summer and winter months. The garden is very nice and the swimming pool with plenty of sun! Hosts are amazing and did everything they could to meet our needs. They also supported us with suggestions and requests prior our stay! We cannot ask for more, and we will come back definitely next year.

We had booked it for my 70th with all our family. Unfortunately my husband too ill and wasn’t allowed to fly. The rest of the family and grandchildren had the best time. The villa was as it was in the pictures, spacious and clean. The pool was spotless as the pool cleaner came to keep it maintained. It’s the first time my family had been to Portugal and they just loved it and would recommend anyone booking this villa would be very happy. They are due back today and the feedback from them has been very good. Infact we might just book this for next year. Steve and Natalie have been amazing hosts. We all would Definitely Highly Recommend this Villa and Location. 5 Star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

Wir haben zwei Tage im Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt und wir konnten viel zu Fuß erledigen. Ferragudo und seine Umgebung ist eine Reise wert. Ricardo und Priscila waren sehr bemüht und sehr gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Pedro's place is absolutely beautiful, with a grand vista of the ocean! It's clean and convenient and we loved it!

Magnificent Manifesting! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Outside area was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Lovely outside cooking and dining area which we used a lot and the sea is much closer than appears in the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped and the local shops are an easy and beautiful walk to pick up any additional extras. Close to lovely restaurants and bars filled with friendly people and staff. Luz is a wonderful location to explore the Algarve however a week is not enough as there is much to see and do 😉. Just a note that the access to the pool area would not be conducive to someone with mobility issues but is beautiful. Something that everyone really appreciated was the very positive water pressure 😂 seems like a small thing however weirdly it matters. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this villa to friends and family. Ideally located, with charm and character in a beautiful location, sea breezes and with a fab host 🙏

Eva's place was the perfect place to call home in Lagos. It's in a quieter area of the city but still walkable to everywhere. She was very helpful with instructions and advice for our stay and had someone to greet us while she talked us through the place via video call. lots of attention to detail and a very nicely decorated place, but still practical. If you're a light sleeper, ear plugs for the seagulls would be a good idea, but that's the same for anywhere in Lagos. Was able to find parking each day too and instructions in guestbook were great for confirming parking spots. Highly recommend.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad met familie. Heerlijk huis, alles op een goed beloopbaar afstand ook voor kinderen. En een vriendelijke host die altijd klaar stond voor alle vragen. Echte aanrader!

Sagres is surrounded by beautiful beaches and filled with great restaurants. Pontalaia reception was helpful with directions amd recommendations!

We had a lovely stay at David’s Villa, we couldn’t find it at first but once we did it was easy to navigate each time.. we rented a car while there and used it everyday as the villa is up a Hill, Villa was lovely and clean and as described.. Luz itself is lovely and quiet while we were there and weather was really nice.. pool was cold the first few days but got warmer as week went on.. we had an issue with the WiFi and David’s response time was very good, maintenance came and fixed it asap.. overall we had a lovely week and would recommend ☀️☺️

We had a lovely week at Maher’s apartment which was exactly as pictured, clean, well equipped and perfect for a family holiday. Maher is responsive and helpful. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the local beach and a 5 minute drive to the local super market and town centre. It’s also a great base for exploring the surrounding area by car. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

We had a really nice time at this Airbnb. The place was just as advertised—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The beach was stunning and only a short walk away, which was perfect. The heated pool was a nice bonus, especially with a 6-year-old, and the whole property was well-kept. The area was quiet and peaceful, just what we were looking for. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Everything went smoothly, and we’d happily stay here again. A solid choice for a relaxing getaway! A few tips, the best food in Lagos is Tasca do Kiko, also there is a cafe called Everyday People cafe, perfect for breakfast.

The house was great and well equipped. The scenery was beautiful and we would like to come back. Thanks to Ben, the owner for making the departure and stay easy and problem free. The house was very nice, although I would have been nervous for the steep stairs if I had small children. But it was perfect for us with teenage/adult kids, with lots of separate spaces, both inside and outside. The pool was bigger than expected, it wasn’t very easy to see from the pictures. It was also a bit longer to walk to the beach than I thought, but again, with big kids it was no problem. The area was quiet and safe and with a wonderful view from the roof terrace. All in all, it was a wonderful place.

Je communicatie vooraf en tijdens ons verblijf was erg prettig en duidelijk – dat stelde ons erg gerust. De villa zelf is prachtig gelegen, met een schitterend uitzicht en een heerlijk zwembad waar we volop van hebben kunnen genieten. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. We had an excellent stay! The place was beautiful, about a half hour walk to the city center and right next to the beach with a great view.

Likely the best location in Algarve if you are looking for a quiet stay. Apartment is nice, clean, well located, nice balcony, Kitchen is well equipped. We were expecting something upscale and trendy but it was a bit dated, however it is still very nice and very much above average. We could easily have spent 2-3 weeks here ! Armacao de Pera is often an overlooked beach city for a stay. It is quiet VERY quiet (except dog barking), everything closes around 10PM. But you still can get ice cream and a cold beer at Gelatos upto mid-night. Then if you need wild animation Arbufeira and Portimao are within 15 min ride. (Uber cost only 12-15 euro to get backhome). Then the best part is the beach : right in front of the apartment. It is the best soft sand beach in the area and its temperature is above the coast's average. We LOVED this place.

Wonderful Views - just as photos! Large and spacious with quality furnishings. Large bedrooms with lovely bathrooms. Lovely balcony with sun loungers, chairs and table. A lot of steps if anyone has mobility issues but you soon get used to them by the end of the week! Quite a lot of noise from adjoining main road. All in all I would highly recommend - apart from the last few isssues I could not fault it . We had a most enjoyable and comfortable week even though the weather was not very good.

This is one of the best AirBnBs I have booked in my 10 years on the platform. The place is spacious, has incredible beach views, is in a cute town. The rooms are well designed for families and longer-term stays (though it was of course great for our 3-day visit too). The place was spotless and cleaned every day like a hotel. They thought of many details like extra cold drinks in the fridge. The staff was responsive to minor points. No place is perfect, but quick, thorough handling is what matters most! Highly recommend!

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Appartement und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der 2 km entfernte Strand ist sehr empfehlenswert, auch für Nichtsurfer. Alex ist ein super netter Gastgeber und hatte für alles ein offenes Ohr.

I cannot say anything but positive things for this place! It truly felt like home. It was in the perfect location to not only a beach nearby, but walks around the area. Highly recommend this location to couples and solo travelers!

Beau petit logement, super bien localisé! Le petit balcon est incroyable pour prendre son déjeuner et café dehors. Le jardinier Yvan (qui passe une fois par jour) et sa femme sont d’une gentillesse illimitée. Aillant séjourné au mois de mai, il ne faisait pas trop chaud alors les petits ventilateurs offraient la parfaite fraîcheur souhaitée. Si vous avez une auto, je vous recommande à 100% de séjourner à Luz. C’est une charmante petite ville, super mignonne, avec une incroyable plage de sable fin. Les petits restaurants sur le bord de la plage sont très bons. Lagos est la ville si vous voulez sortir en clubs (InsideOut, entre autre) ou simplement pour un petit souper tranquille. Nous allons certainement revenir chez Hanz si nous revenons dans le sud du Portugal!

We stayed at the Boa Vista property for a month and a half, and it was fantastic! The house was spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen—all new and working perfectly. There’s an electric grill outside, a washer-dryer (took a bit to figure out), and a large garage for storage with four adult bikes. The beds are high (watch out for young kids), but very comfortable. The balconies overlook beautiful golf courses, though access is restricted if you’re not a player. Occasionally, golf balls landed in the garden, but no harm done. Tip: avoid leaving food out, as ants arrive quickly—spraying every few days helps. The pool is a 4-minute walk away, with an indoor pool (unheated), jacuzzi, sauna, and an outdoor heated pool—great for sunny days. Upstairs is a well-equipped gym with large windows and a workspace nearby. Our host was wonderful, accommodating all our requests. Highly recommended!
