Nestled within the Arrecife residential community, the villa consists of a 5-bedroom main house and 3-bedroom guest house. Its design balances contemporary elegance with a naturalistic minimalism, featuring luminous white walls and beautiful accents of marble and wood. The cavernous main house features living and dining areas on both levels, connected by an open foyer with interior staircase.
In the front courtyard, a shaded lounge and pergola-sheltered table flank a central pool. On the back terrace, a canopied sofa gazes across the wide swimming pool to the open-air dining pavilion. Only a slender stretch of lush fairway separates the villa from the sea.
The P.B. Dye-designed La Cana Golf Course has been called the best in the Caribbean. Bordering the course’s Arrecife section, the villa is just a short drive from the first tee. The resort offers a superb array of other sporting options as well—from tennis to horseback riding to water sports—as well as a renowned spa, multiple dining venues, and one of the top beaches in the Dominican Republic.
