The space
Perfect Polaris is a marvelous alpine villa in North Lake Tahoe, just minutes from Tahoe City and Skylandia Beach, and about a fifteen-minute drive from Homewood and Squaw Valley. The villa features ample outdoor living areas including an open-air hot tub, while its beautiful interiors are well-equipped for dining, relaxation, and play. Five comfortable bedrooms, including kid-friendly accommodations, form an ideal haven for families.

Built of fine timber and nestled amid serene pine forests, this classic Tahoe home immerses you in the rich natural beauty of California's Sierra Nevada. Wrap-around decks extend from both floors of the house, connected by a spiral staircase. Cook barbeque meals on the upper deck and relish them alfresco at the table for six. Soothe your body in the hot tub on the lower deck after an exciting day on the slopes or trails.

The outdoor dining area extends from the interior great room, forming an expansive space for evening festivities in every season.
