The space
Nestled amongst the luscious green hills of North Chaweng, this six bedroom luxury villa overlooks the Gulf of Thailand. Just minutes from the bustling downtown, Sukham is close enough to come and go easily, yet far enough to maintain relaxing seclusion. And, it’s just a five minute drive from the beautiful sandy shores of Choeng Mon Beach.

In a climate like Thailand, you won’t want to spend much time indoors. Luckily, Sukham’s open-concept living/dining room has full wall length openings on two of its perimeter walls. With fresh ocean breeze and natural sunlight filling the interior spaces, its easy to stay connected to nature, even while you’re inside. The kitchen features high-end appliances, retro-modern cabinetry, and a breakfast bar.

Sukham has lots of other great features in and around its walls. Upon arrival, you’ll love the stone walkway through the lily pond. Once your settled, relax in the home theatre and entertainment lounge, or, get competitive in the game room or at the billiards table. Outside, there’s lots of scenic spaces to sit, eat, or lounge on the terrace. The infinity swimming pool is the perfect place to spend an afternoon looking out over the Gulf of Thailand. Also included with rental you’ll have a private chef, maid service, and daily breakfast.

All six of Sukham’s bedrooms feature king sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and direct access to the terrace or balcony. The three bedrooms on the upper floor also come with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Thailand.

Just a few kilometres away you’ll find the main street of Chaweng. Stop in for some great local cuisine, shopping, and nightlife. The Fisherman’s Village is a great place to visit if you love fresh seafood. And, if there’s a golfer in your group, Bophut Hills and Royal Samui Golf Clubs are just a few minutes from the villa.
