Jean's place is fantastic and we cant wait to come back! The property was private, serene and beautiful! the overlooking view is phenomenal! the host is very easy to talk to you and the caretaker is very accomodating. Guests will be comfortable and the kitchen has got everything you qould need to have wonderful gathering. kudos!

A perfect place to spend time with family when you opt for a peaceful nature escape, plus a private lake to swim in right in the backyard of the villa. The surroundings are wide with serene views. We'll be back for sure, but it's much more convenient when the pool is also well-maintained and the beddings are fresh and neat.

The place was very spacious and the location was great. I like that there's a lot of places to lounge around the property and activities to do at the property itself. Only thing i found lacking was the appliances and amenities were a bit dated but overall we had a great stay. The property was just as described.

We have been spending our holy week here for the past 3 yrs and each time, the house has something new. super enjoyed the bigger jacuzzi and liked the kitchen improvements too. Ate Gigi, as always, been very helpful to us. Thank you so much!!! Very relaxing vacation.

The place is clean, and they have almost everything we need. The host is very responsive and accommodating, as is the caretaker, Ate Riza. We enjoyed our stay. However, I encountered a problem with Airbnb, they double charged me. I booked and then canceled right away because I needed to change my payment method. They deducted the fee from my husband's account, which I had registered in the app as one of my payment methods, but they did not return the money. Then I booked again and made a payment through GCash. Thanks to the host for helping me get in touch with Airbnb about this issue. I hope to get my money back soon. Thank you again TJM’s Resort!

The place 10/10 - it looked the same as what they posted online, but better. The staff 10/10 - they are very helpful, proactive, and polite. The host 10/10 - she even gave us free tomatoes, salted eggs, and a tote bag. very thoughtful

Worth the drive! Stayed here with friends and we had the best time. The hosts were super accommodating and even had flowers waiting for us when we arrived—such a sweet touch! We were 9 in the group, but the place felt really spacious, with so many spots to just chill and hang out. I also loved all the art pieces around the house. Perfect spot to unwind! We swam, kayaked (they’ve got life vests), and even enjoyed being offline for a bit (the Wi‑Fi was stable for anyone needing to catch up on work). 5/5, would totally go back! Big shoutout to Kuya Jason who helped out whenever we needed something during the trip. Thanks, Eia & Tito Ji! 😊

Really really enjoyed our stay here! Not too far from Manila, the farm animals were so cute, and the waterfalls were close enough that we went two days in a row. We even had the waterfalls to ourselves on one day which was great. (WARNING: lots of stairs!!! hahaha but definitely worth it). We also watched the sunset and it was beautiful. Ate Angie was the biggest surpriseeeee and really set our trip apart. We thought we could leave the area to try restaurants and cafes nearby but it was a bit of a hassle due to the dirt road heading to the location. We were unprepared with groceries to cover all meals but Ate Angie went to the market for us and cooked for us as well. It was great to have these delicious meals after a whole day of activities! Host was also so responsive and answered all my random questions promptly. Would definitely be back here!

The place is nice and accurate as per pictures. They are great and accommodating. Going there, make sure you use google maps and follow the pin they placed in the picture.

sir Vinz was very accommodation to our requests. he assisted my relative throughout our stay. The place was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. he also made sure that a senior citizen was well taken cared of. truly ,very hospitable. salamat po!

Very worth it! Honestly, we did not expect much since this just less than 2,000PHP but it's super okay! Very private, caretaker to guide you through the unit, and what I liked the most is the big Smart TV with a nice speaker!

Had a wonderful stay at Ainoville! It's not only incredibly affordable, but also beautifully designed—exactly like the photos, which was such a pleasant surprise. The space was spotless and felt so cozy and welcoming and we truly felt right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was how accommodating and responsive Ferl was. She was super easy to communicate with and always ready to help. The yang chow we had from their food service was also very delish. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again. :))

This place was awesome. You'll be relaxed by the vibes and will feel right at home. All you need is there including kitchenwares. you can cook, they also have fridge and a netflix. Internet was fast and the a/c was cool. Overall I would rate it 1000/10. Will definitely book this again for our future laguna travels. thanks to Ms. Donna (host) that is very responsive and they also honor my request for a birthday surprise set-up for my wife.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in Princess' place. We love the pool so much because it's not that cold even at night. The caretakers are very helpful and there's no hassle finding the place. I think the only comment is , i hope they have microwave nxt time so guests can eat their food still warm. The place is 1hr far from Pililla Rizal so better to get all stuffs you needed before going to the resort like ice and some kitchen essentials for cooking. Thank you for a good experience in your place. 😊

I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Ginalyn’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Ginalyn was a thoughtful and responsive host.

The house is clean, cozy, and gives off nostalgic, homey vibes—like visiting your grandparents during a family celebration. It’s in a quiet neighborhood near a sari-sari store run by a friendly lolo and lola, who may help arrange a tricycle ride if one is parked nearby. The interior is well-kept, though the front grass could use trimming and the exterior might benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Please note that GrabCar pickup isn’t available at this location—the app doesn’t offer it here. However, GrabFood and GrabMart do work, though you may need to coordinate with drivers as the map sometimes shows the wrong street. It might be a mapping issue or just a wierd coincidental glitch.

I decided to stay here because of the location's accessibility. The place is very peaceful and clean! I really like the bed; that's an 11/10 for me. I like the thermostat shower. I will definitely come back here when I come back nearby.
