Im 1.Obergeschoss befindet sich ein wunderschönes und helles Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Wanne. Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich das zweite moderne Schlafzimmer, welches bei einer Buchung für 2 Personen mit vorheriger Absprache gegen einen Aufpreis von 20 € gerne genutzt werden kann.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available behind the house. The apartment is 15 minutes from BER Airport. A shuttle service is available by arrangement.
