I’m giving a 5-star overall rating because I know how tough the Airbnb system can be on hosts. Check-in was a bit challenging at first, as the keys didn’t work well. However, the host quickly provided a helpful tip to use the key fob, which solved the issue. The apartment was clean and as described. The shower required some getting used to, as there was only a bathtub without a floor drain or shower curtain — using it took a bit of care and adjustment, but it was manageable. Communication with the host was professional and smooth. The location suited our needs well — there’s a large shopping center nearby and plenty of parking spaces. One thing that left us puzzled was the host’s request for compensation after the stay for a broken sofa leg, as it seemed to have failed under normal use. Overall, a functional stay and a good experience.

Eva was a great, very communicative host :) The apartment was new, very clean and well furnished. The place was located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood in walking distance to parks, Torysa river, city centre and University of Prešov :D I really enjoyed my stay there :)
