Holiday rentals with a patio in Lowlands

Definitely stay at Nadiia’s place. From beginning to end our stay was amazing! Super clean, has everything you need and more. The video to help assist with directions was perfect. Very close to the Super U grocery store and great restaurants. Super quiet area. We loved the outdoor kitchen/porch. Drying rack came in handy for the beach towels etc. We won’t even think twice of where to stay when we go back to St. Martin. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Ce séjour fut parfait :) L’accueil chaleureux de Marie dans son studio magnifiquement bien situé juste en face du lagon avec sa superbe vue. Ce studio longe la plage et tout l’endroit est sécurisé à mon grand bonheur. Une épicerie, une pharmacie, une boulangerie et plusieurs excellents resto sont à quelques pas … Sa grande disponibilité, tous ses conseils et références d’incontournables … une gastronomie et des cocktails incroyables vous attend. Nous avons décidé de louer une voiture ce qui est un must pour la liberté et le coût comparé au taxi et Marie nous a référé Best car rental ; vraiment excellent comme service, on nous a apporté la voiture à notre Airbnb et on nous a accompagner à l’aéroport au départ Je n’oublierai jamais ces moments avec ma fille ♥️ I love Saint-Martin

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

The area was nice and quiet. Very secluded neighbourhood which brought additional safety to our stay which is super important for me. Anna communicated everything we needed to access the place in advance which prevented any inconveniences. To top it off, the pool being right at outside our door was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

Excelente alojamiento!! Súper completo, tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estadía sin preocuparse por nada, tanto en el baño como en la cocina. Muy limpio. Moderno. Bellamente decorado. La playa es bellísima, tranquila, y privada, al menos en las fechas que estuvimos nosotros, principio de Junio. La cama muy cómoda. Hay un bar/restaurante a 60 metros por la playa, donde se come muy bien. Volvería a este alojamiento sin dudarlo, y lo recomiendo totalmente!

The airbnb was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. The studio sits below a villa that has the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. The view was gorgeous, the interior design was amazing, and the hosts thought of everything. They were very responsive with any needs. We will surely stay here again

The place was beautiful especially the view! My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎

Had a wonderful time at Rosyenni, the apartment got everything you needed, Eventually you need to rent a car as the location is a little far by walking distance from the village Pelican Bay, and Simpson Bay, plus the view from the balcony is breath taken, you can chill at night watching the boat traffic, will recommend it 100%🙏😃

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans ce logement. L’endroit est chaleureux, décoré avec goût, et on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Tout est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque pour assurer un confort optimal. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement et sereinement de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés, et c’est certain, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

The place was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. Walkable distance to popular places like D’s bar, sunset bar and maho beach. Lateefah was very communicative and an amazing host. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. They were very accommodating when we needed to adjust our guest count, which we really appreciated. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The co-host was super responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nous adorons le quartier de baie Nettlé. Nous sommes près de tout. La maison de Véronique est bien aménagée et disponible de plusieurs belles et intimes terrasses extérieures. La vue est magnifique.

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

Le studio correspond en tous points à la description. La vue est tellement belle et le son des vagues agréable, qu’il faisait bon prendre notre déjeuner et souper sur le balcon ! La cuisine est bien équipée pour se faire à manger, la laveuse a été très appréciée voyageant en carry on et tout le studio est très fonctionnel. Virginie et Karine sont vraiment des super hôtes ! Avons passé un superbe séjour et je recommande ce logement sans hésiter !!!

Had a great stay, great service

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful place for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and located within a gated community, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the breathtaking views of Indigo Bay. Leanne and her team were very responsive and helpful, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless. We enjoyed the Indigo Bay beach club (walking distance or a very short car ride away) - beautiful beach and delicious food. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Der Preis für die Miete ist absolut fair. Das WLAN funktionierte schnell und zuverlässig. Die Umgebung mit den vielen Geschäften und den sehr netten Menschen hat uns viel Freude bereitet, eine absolute karibische Wohlfühl- Atmosphäre. Es gibt in der Nähe alles was man braucht, geschmackvolle Lädchen, eine Creperie, Cafés, einen Supermarkt und direkt vor der Tür eine Bäckerei, welche wir jeden Morgen aufgesucht haben. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, eine Bushaltestelle gibt es gleich hinter dem Haus und der Fähranleger ist zu Fuß in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. In der Marina gibt es kleine Gaststätten, wo wir die Abende schön ausklingen lassen konnten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, was für unsere Inseltouren sehr praktisch war. Begeistert waren wir, dass die Parkplätze gleich am Haus waren. Unsere Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Tausend Dank für alles.

Had a fantastic time at Kim’s place, it was perfect in every way. Walkable distance to everything we needed. Loved watching all the sailboats and yachts coming and going. The deck facing the marina is where we spent most mornings and evenings. Highly recommend 😊
