Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lourdata

The place was quite and only 10 minutes from the center of Argostoli. Gerasimos was discreet and helpful if and only you wanted.

We had a fabulous week staying in this wonderful property. It’s located near to some of the most beautiful coves and beaches there are in Kefalonia. The village is friendly and a local shop is a few minutes walk away. The actual property is fantastic. It’s beautiful, spacious, clean and homely. There is lots of sociable space to hang out in. Comfortable bedrooms. Clean everywhere and multiple spaces to eat outside and enjoy the forest and sea views. Maria’s communication was excellent. Very clear and very helpful. She was super responsive to any queries and a fantastic host. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time here! This is Konstantinos’ family house, so felt much more authentic than most of the industrial tourism apartments that you get on Airbnb these days. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the view was spectacular. Konstantinos is destined to be a superhost for sure - he went to great lengths to give us recommendations, e.g. letting us know about a local festival taking place nearby. We ended up following his tips for most of our excursions. Plus whenever we had a question he got back to us in a matter of minutes. On top of that he was always friendly, positive and accommodating.

Die Villa Vissala ist einfach atemberaubend! Wir hatten in all unseren bisherigen Familienurlauben ohne Übertreibung noch nie eine so bezaubernde und besondere Unterkunft. Sybille und Eckhard waren als Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Die Lage, Art und Ausstattung des Hauses ist vermutlich einzigartig. Vom riesigen Pool, den Terrassen unter Olivenbäumen und den Schlafzimmern aus hat man einen grandiosen Blick über die Insel, das Ionische Meer und das nördlich gelegene Kefalonia. Das allein ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub ausreichend & erfüllend. Im nördlichen Teil der Insel gelegen bietet das Haus aber außerdem die perfekte Lage, um die spektakulären Sehenswürdigkeiten von Zakynthos vom Land oder Wasser aus zu erreichen. Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr geräumig, sauber und liebevoll mit viel Stil und Geschmack eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist lichtdurchflutet. Wir können die Villa Vissala nur empfehlen!

Penelope’s Villa is excellent. We felt very much at home there. Spiros met us and took our luggage to the villa. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and very well cared for. We appreciated the home made gifts very much. Bed linen and towels were changed 3 times during our 14 night stay and cleaning standards were excellent. The views of Kioni are breathtaking. The villa is only a 10/15 minute walk away from the village by steps or road. There are great places to eat and drink around the waterside. Penelope’s communication was excellent and she gave us good recommendations for eating places in Vathy and places to visit, she really cares about her visitors and ensuring that they are happy. We would definitely stay here again.

We have had the most amazing holiday staying at Villa Christina. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, had everything we needed and a great location with beautiful surroundings. Christina was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Villa Christina. We are already talking about booking again for next year, we can’t wait to come back!

Serh schönes modernes und super komfortables Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und pefekt in Ordnung und blitzsauber. Die Gastgeberin, Maria ist Architektin und hat alles selbst geplant und gebaut und mit viel Geschmack, Können und ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist riesig, schöne Terasse mit Hollywoodschaukel auf der man sogar schlafen könnte.

What a wonderful host! The house is very spacious, extremely clean and the host is the most accommodating. We had a great stay! It’s only a couple of streets away from the beach and everything is walkable! The house got cleaned every 4 days - amazing service! The bedsheets were white and ironed! Highly recommend!

Ubytovanie bolo nadherne, utulne a ciste. Dobre vybavenie kuchyne. Velka terasa s krasnym vyhladom na more. Poloha skvela, dobra dostupnost celeho ostrova. Domaci boli velmi priatelski a mili. Doniesli nam aj kolac na privitanie a zaujimali sa, ci je vsetko v poriadku. Odporucam

We absolutely loved our stay at Christina’s place. The place was really lovely, great sea view and had all the necessary amenities. Christina was warm and friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations and ideas for our stay. She took care of every little detail and even left for us a welcome gift - ouzo, orange jam, cheese and bread. We highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Le logement est t’es bien placé dans un cadre authentique entre l’Ouest et l’Est près de belles plages. Tout près de la plage de Myrthos pour admirer les couchers de soleil. La cuisine est bien équipée, le logement est fonctionnel. Nos hôtes étaient discrets et merci pour les attentions à l’arrivée : bouteilles d’eau et bières fraîches ainsi que que du yaourt grec et confitures locales extras. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation. Nous avons eu la chance de profitez des chatons de la maison avec grand bonheur.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

This place is a lovely paradise. The beach is quiet, the water is wonderful. If you’re looking to be out of the city and in a quiet area this is perfect for you.

Barbara e’ stata gentilissima e sempre molto rapida nel rispondere. L’appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative per certe cose( prodotti per igiene personale, asciugamani puliti in abbondanza, pulizia ulteriore durante il nostro soggiorno durato una settimana), per un paio di cose suggerirei di fare qualcosa( mancava una parte del vetro della doccia, materasso scomodo in una delle due stanze matrimoniali. Cose facilmente risolvibili. La posizione è superlativa!

I would recommend this air bnb to anyone visiting Kefalonia. It was just as described and even nicer in person. The location is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The host was incredible, I am not sure super host does him justice. He was extremely responsive, attentive and his guide to the island was so helpful. The location is right across from the turtle viewpoint and we saw turtles everyday. It was extremely clean, well kept and had the essential and more. The laundry machine was a huge bonus. Parking can be a bit difficult during the day as the street does get busy but we were able to find parking in walking distance.

Villa 4 has a stunning location with a superb sea view. The amenities of the 5star hotel are available , inclusive of a free shuttle service into Skala. We have been staying at villas in Europe for nearly 30 years and this one is up there with the best. One small point....since this was our first visit to Kefalonia , it would have beneficial to have a brochure on site outlining places to see , restaurants to visit , local amenities etc. Overall , I would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Villa Vada : what a gem! The best villa we have ever stayed in. Beautifully restored, decorated to a very high standard. Very peaceful and private with a stunning view. We had the most fabulous week and will be back!

Dimitria's place was indeed a Dream house. We were so relaxed there, it was hard to drag ourselves away to visit the beach or restaurants. Very clean, stylish, remote and peaceful. Stunning views and a clean pool to have a refreshing dip in. Communication from Dimitria and Natalie was really efficient and very friendly. We love Kefalonia and would definitely book to stay again. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa - the views were beautiful, and the houses all had everything needed for a fantastic stay. The hosts was very helpful and responsive for the entire holiday and beforehand. We loved the resident cats (especially Beer the black and white cat!! We will miss him 💔). Definitely requires car hire to stay here, but a quick drive to shops, beaches and towns. Had an amazing holiday and would love to come back!!

The view from this location over Kefalonia is amazing ! You can also see Zakynthos from the terrace! You can enjoy your morning coffee in this silence spot. House is clean and the owner is cleaning the space every 4 days. Maybe in the future we will return here

Prachtige villa in het noorden van Zakynthos, geheel privé gelegen aan een klein weggetje omhoog vanaf het adembenemende strand van Makris Gialos Beach. Weg van het massatoerisme, met zicht op de zee, een villa die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Met ook nog eens een heerlijk zwembad. De communicatie en verzorging door de hosts was uitzonderlijk goed en zeer snel en behulpzaam. Het noorden van Zakynthos is wat ons betreft ook het mooiste deel, iets ruiger, bergachtiger en ongerepter dan andere delen van het eiland. Met ook nog eens heerlijke restaurantjes, na elke bocht met onze huurauto weer een ander verbluffend uitzicht en veel van de mooiste strandjes op korte afstand. Elke avond was het echt ‘thuiskomen’ bij het huis. Met nog een plons in het zwembad, zicht op de zee met een opkomende maan, het geluid van de uilen en een stille nachtrust. En dan met de ochtendzon weer ontwaken! Een topweek! Dank aan Francesco en zijn team!

We were in villa “Christin” at Leventis Villa’s… that’s the first one of three identical places before you reach the pool complex. The villas are quite old now, so probably need a bit of an update, though everything you need is provided (apart from maybe a microwave), and our host (also “Christin”) continually checked if everything was okay for us. She was very, very helpful when Nespresso coffee machine went wrong and made sure that her weekly linen change and cleaning was done around our needs. We spent a lot of our time there simply chilling out on the veranda in the shaded Sun, or inside when things got too hot, as the interior does keep cooler. Lovely and peaceful generally as we were lucky that there were no noisy neighbours during our stay. Pool is large and clean, and it was just us laying around it most of the time. All in all, a lovely place to stay… and truth be told, could be even better if/when the villa is modernised a little bit.

We had the most amazing stay here last week. It is so quiet and secluded with only their home on the road after us, but at the same time, just a 5-minute walk (if that) down the hill, and you're in the center of the village. The house was spotless and contained everything you would need and more. They even filled up the fruit bowl and fridge with snacks and drinks for our arrival! They were also so accommodating with our flights as our arrival and departure times were a little unusual, but it was no problem for them at all. We've come back so relaxed, which is exactly what we needed, and we already miss the view every day. We already cannot wait to get back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay
