Zona con cafeterías, restaurantes y tiendas de todo tipo, además de bonitas plazas y parques infantiles, pero tranquila. Se puede disfrutar de la playa de Las Teresitas a 9 km, o el Parque Marítimo César Manrique, a 2 km, Póximo a él, El Palmetum, jardín botánico de 12 Ha. especializado en palmeras. A 500 m, se encuentra La Noria, zona gastronómica y de ocio nocturno.

Ubicado en una bonita casa de diseño racionalista, construida por un reconocido arquitecto canario de la época, el tinerfeño D. J. E. Marrero Regalado. Al estar situado en la carretera general que une Santa Cruz con La Laguna, algunos visitantes sensibles y no habituados a núcleos urbanos, pueden encontrar molesto el sonido del tráfico, pero la facilidad de aparcamiento puede compensar. :)

This place is just lovely, location is great, especially if you want to go for a hike in the mountains, which are very close . Supermarkets, bus stops and coffee shops are close. In the apartment you have everything you might need. I had a wonderful time there, many thanks!

Apartament jest zupełnie wyjątkowy, urządzony ze smakiem. Miłośnicy designu będą zachwyceni. Mieszkanie było jeszcze piękniejsze niż na zdjęciach, pełne słońca. Wszystko było czyste, ogromne łóżko bardzo wygodne, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, szybkie WiFi. Położenie było centralne, idealne do zwiedzenia każdej części wyspy. Nie miałem żadnego problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca parkingowego na ulicy. Luisa to wspaniała osoba, chętnie odpowiadała na pytania i udzielała wskazówek. Zgodziła się również na późniejsze wymeldowanie. Bardzo polecam ten apartament i marzę, by jeszcze kiedyś zatrzymać się w nim.

La estancia ha sido muy buena y el apartamento tal y como lo describieron. Lo mejor su ubicación y los detalles de tener 2 botellines de agua, cafe, cacao, azucar hasta una latita de fuagras, ademas de los articulos de limpieza... Solamente un detalle a mejorar: las toallas. Las de ducha eran muy pequeñas y en cuanto se mojaban cogian un olor malo.
