Au rez de chaussée, une cuisine équipée, avec lave vaisselle, frigo, four électrique, plaque vitrocéramique, bouilloire, grille pain, cafetière, ouverte sur pièce de vie avec canapé convertible, télévision, wifi. A l’extérieur un jardin clos avec table et chaises et un barbecue. Linge de lit et toilette inclus.
