'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance & is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

Washing machine if required for stays over 3 days. Cereals, bread, eggs, fruit, butter,coffee, tea etc available for breakfast if desired. Family home so no lock on bedroom door FYI .

Nestled in the scenic South West of Edinburgh, this two-bedroom home has views of the Pentland Hills. 4 miles from the centre and 8.9 miles from the airport, it’s well-located with excellent public transport links to top attractions, shops, and restaurants. The bright kitchen/dining area and separate living room are on the ground floor. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside is a private driveway for one car and free on-street parking. At the rear, a peaceful garden awaits.

Central studio apartment situated in the secluded garden of a Victorian villa. The space is entirely yours throughout your stay and is equipped with walk in shower, flat screen TV, combination oven/microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge.Please note there is NO HOB but the studio is minutes away from the numerous trendy boutiques, bars,restaurants and cafes in Bruntsfield. You can walk to the city centre in 20 minutes and there is a bus stop at the end of the street with a frequent bus service.

Claddagh

Situated 2.5 miles to the west of Edinburgh City Centre (15mins by bus), this deceptively spacious 3 Bedroom house is attached to but separate from the host’s main residence, having its own private entrance and outside space to the front. Disabled access is via a private lane to the rear of the property. (Arrange with host). The ground floor accommodation has a bedroom, toilet and wet room, ideal for guests who cannot manage stairs. Travel cot and high chair available for our smaller guests.

Quiet large single room

Large single room in quiet house with exclusive use of bathroom with bath and shower (not ensuite). Local buses (10/27/45) that take you in to the city centre (15-20 minutes). You are also able to walk along the Union Canal to the city centre (30-45 minute walk). Private parking available. Access to the room is between 4pm and 10am - rooms must be vacant between 10am and 4pm daily irrelevant of length of stay There are small dogs in the house but they have no access to upstairs rooms

Beautiful annexe Safe area, 15 min A'port/centre

Attached to my house. In an upmarket, quiet and safe residential area. 15 mins from airport / city centre and 10 mins walk to Murrayfield Stadium. Very regular buses and trams only minutes walk away. Beautiful parks nearby or walk along the Water of Leith to famous Dean Village, stunning views. Local restaurants within 10 min walk or a 5 minute tram ride to Haymarket where you'll find lots. Small supermarket (Scotmid) 7 mins away.

Lovely apartment close to city, garden & driveway

This is not a good choice of apartment if you are looking to go out, get drunk, play loud music and make a lot of noise. I have neighbours with young children so there is zero tolerance on parties, loud music, disturbing the neighbours or having guests in the property in addition to the those who booked (2 max.). I will be advised of these situations and will have no option but to end your stay and seek compensation.

Nice quiet room in central flat

This is a lovely quiet, cosy wee room with a decent sized single brass bed and a nice view over the back gardens. There is a shared bathroom, which I keep as clean as can and a kitchen you are welcome to use if you want to cook or have a cup of tea. The flat is in a quiet residential stair. If you are arriving after 9.00 pm, or leaving very early in the morning, please contact me before booking.
