Smoking friendly holiday rentals in London Borough of Sutton

Rukayat was super responsive and very helpful when checking in. The place is free of clutter, and was very clean. It’s easily within walking distance of Canning Town Station which is super convenient. Could maybe do with the addition of a tea towel to dry plates and cups used, and the arm of the sofa was a bit broken, but considering the price, the convenience, and having all other amenities we needed, we really can’t complain. Thank you for having us, we will probably be back soon!

Roddy and Manny's place was very nice, clean, and spacious. We loved the neighborhood and found a nice pub called the Crown and Anchor within walking distance. There are also a couple of bus stops nearby.

Very good place, perfect for staying a few days or a longer period of time. The internet is very good and all the facilities were working fine. The support staff is extremely helpful and always answer very fast. I recommend this place very much!

A great host and a lovely place close to e rything including transportation. David was nice enough to accommodate my early checkin request. the place is great for 2 people with lots of light. He is proactive and provided us with everything we needed to know of his place and the surroundings. thanks.

Gute Lage, 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, saubere Unterkunft, bequeme Betten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Vor allem war Pom immer erreichbar und hat uns mit guten Infos unterstützt. Kurz alles war perfekt, wir kommen auf jeden wieder wenn wir in der Gegend sind

Alma was a terrific host. Kind, consistently responsive and provided a first class instruction video 👍🏻 The flat was on a quiet peaceful street that was a two minute walk to the vibrant Upper Street. l'appart était grand, avec une pièce avec un mur de vitre donnant sur le jardin, un peu froid pour être dehors mais grâce à cette pièce c'était parfait. beau jardin avec de la verdure, des fleurs, chaises et table. Belle rue tranquille, arboré, juste à côté du métro

Great house in a very handy location in Earlsfield. Anokhi was really friendly and helpful showing us round :) There were some lovely extra touches. Comfy bed and spacious room, some black out curtains would make it perfect though!

Tasha, the hostess, was great and the house was exactly what we were looking for.

We stayed at Sara's while in town for a school graduation event. It was relatively easy to get Ubers anywhere we needed to go, even into London. Also walkable to Virgina Waters train station, which was a very easy train ride into London. The apartment was comfortable for our family. Large living space with a full kitchen and gorgeous backyard. Rooms and beds were comfortable and bathrooms modern and clean. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here twice, for one month each. John is truly a super host. He is very clear, extremely responsive, and very courteous. The flat is kept clean, neat and clutter-free, with clever storage space. It is also located very near railway stations, bus stops, and the splendid Battersea Park. There are many convenience shops nearby. This is now our number 1 flat in London on airbnb. Thank you, John!

As a large family (7), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is well located but away from the main road and therefore very quiet. Despite the proximity of Elisabeth Line tracks, we felt no inconvenience since we can barely hear the noise of the passing trains. The house is very clean and equipped with all necessary amenities, maybe the best Airbnb we've experienced so far in this regard: heating, hot water, warm beddings, many towels, a vast range of utensils, etc. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and overall very cosy. Hosts are courteous, responsive and flexible. Overall I highly recommand this place.

Great location in a really nice neighborhood. The flat had everything you could think of and the hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. It was very comfortable and all the furnishings throughout were top quality. The neighborhood market and lots of restaurants including the subway were all very close (3-5 min walk). Harrods is literally across the street and was an incredible shopping destination. I would absolutely stay there again!

We loved our stay here. The balcony was so peaceful which made it a great place to start and end our day. The neighborhood is very quiet, four bodegas just down the street, nice park, and an awesome pub, the Carlton Tavern a few blocks away. The location to the underground made it super convenient to get anywhere. Yasar was great and met us at check-in to show us around.

Ma fille est restée 1 mois et demi dans le logement proposé par Antonio. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de celui-ci qui s’est adapté avec gentillesse à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, on se sent très à l’aise. Rangements adaptés pour les affaires personnelles dans la chambre et la sdb. L’emplacement est très bien desservi par les lignes de métro et lignes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à proximité et c’est très pratique. Je recommande à 100% le logement de Antonio…

Un superbe week-end prolongé chez Matthew. L’appartement est très beau, cosy, parfaitement bien situé dans un environnement calme et bien fréquenté. De bons petits restaurants à proximité et des monuments tout près: Buckingham, Westminster, Big Ben et Hyde Park accessibles à pied. L’appartement a tout ce qu’il faut d’utile, dernier étage sans aucun bruit, joliment décoré et une petite terrasse très agréable. Matthew a été très flexible sur notre horaire d’arrivée, on a pu laisser nos bagages en attendant notre train au retour. Un grand merci et à une prochaine fois. Sarah

Lovely place with a wonderful view !

A nice, convenient appartment in a fairly quiet area. Public transport is just around the corner. With more than 20 AirBnb bookings, this one had one of the best beds, and probably the best shower of all.

I stayed in Ari's apartment for five nights in December, and I would love to come back. The apartment is spacious with a good view, but still quiet and peaceful. The living room is very comfortable for resting and relaxing, and the balcony felt like a fabulous extra room. The heating and air conditioning was very responsive, and I was comfortable throughout my trip, which included a few very cold days. Ari is a fantastic host who worked with my schedule -- even with a few last minute changes on my end. This is a great place to stay if you're planning to work in or walk around Shoreditch or City of London, or need to be near Liverpool Street Station or the Northern Line.
