Holiday rentals with breakfast in London Borough of Enfield

Elvan’s place is easily walkable from seven sisters, and it’s convenient to get to places. She was also friendly and nice to talk to. Sultan was also really cute and will always welcome us home. We enjoyed our stay.

Novelty prison bed it may be but I slept like a log on the comfy mattress! Only saw Niki briefly but she was really friendly and her house is full of amazing artwork, would stay again.

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

Kay is a wonderful host. I had a very pleasant stay at her lovely and comfortable place during this intense week for me. Her place really is a place of well being !! Absolutely gorgeous home! Beautiful inside and out. Just five minutes’ walk from the tube station on a lovely quiet street. The home is more than 100 years old and gorgeously redone while keeping all the charm. Our room was exquisite with windows and door to the spectacular back garden. The local pub is right by the tube station. Comfy bed, great bathroom, beautiful breakfast sunroom…I’d give this place 10 stars if I could! Our hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Alex's apartment, both because of the host's personality and the apartment itself. Alex is an amazing person, met us personally and arranged a very flexible check-in and checkout, and was always available for any help. The apartment is absolutely unique and has a lot of charm, filled with curious antiques, while at the same time having a very clean bathroom and comfortable bed, chairs, table, couch - everything invites you to sit and enjoy the time. Very well lit and with an amazing view, every evening was a pleasure. The kitchen is well equipped, and cooking was no problem at all. The location is stunning, with a very lively neighborhood, lots of local shops, stores, and cafés. For sensitive sleepers, the early nights might be a bit loud because of the road close by, and due to a sudden heatwave, it was somewhat too warm, like anywhere on the top floor. Aside from these small things, it was a splendid stay.

Jeanette was a very friendly and proactive host, everything in the annex was just as it should be and the milk, bread, jam, butter were a lovely touch. Thanks Jeanette I will be back.

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Staying here was like a happy little fairytale. It was so cozy and communal and made the trip to London the loveliest one I've had yet. The staff was so kind and helpful and the amenities made everything about the trip feel easy and breezy. I love the neighborhood so much and am so happy there's such a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of it.

Lovely flat in a vibrant neighbourhood - everything was exactly as described and I appreciated the comfortable bed and modern bathroom very much. Great stay, a little bit out of the city centre but public transport was very easy to use. Spent a few nights here and we were able to navigate our way around london as first timers! Room is as described and host was welcoming!

It’s such a pity that I could only spent a single night in Elizabeth’s house! The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. The house is excellently located. We were in London for the weekend so there was lots of free street parking on the Saturday and Sunday. We appreciated being welcome by Mara in person. She had strict house rules in place to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The entire place was very clean. Moreover the stay was great value for what we paid.

Sandra is the ultimate hostess. Personable, accessible, kind. I can’t say enough about her rental, right up there with the best I’ve ever rented (and that’s many.) Spotless, expertly appointed. And such thoughtfulness around food and beverage provisions which means a lot when you’re tired and weary and dehydrated from a long travel. I will absolutely come back on any return trip to London. We lived staying at Mary’s house. She and her husband were very welcoming and happy to share information about London and how to get places. Our room was just beautiful like the rest of the house. We enjoyed the lovely homemade breakfast and the chats we had together. Thank you for an amazing stay. We would love to come back :)

Sally and Chris were lovely hosts. Beautiful home, comfortable room, helpful with laundry, luggage, everything. Down the road on Greens Lane is the closest you can come to being in Turkey without actually being there. Great connection to many other places via Piccadilly Line.
