Tanto el edificio como el departamento están muy lindos, el check in es muy accesible hay un portero las 24hs. Lo único la cama si es un poco dura, pero para una estadía corta anda bien.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

La estadía en el apartamento de Agustin fue lo que esperaba, super cómodo y seguro. La vista desde el cuarto y balcón son hermosas, especialmente de noche! Super ameno!

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

Nosso grupo - 10 pessoas - se hospedou em Casa Bill em janeiro/2025, o local comportou bem o nosso grupo. O casa estava impecável (limpeza, organização), tudo estava exatamente como mostram as fotos. O bairro é tranquilo e com facilidades próximas a casa (padaria, supermercado, farmácia, restaurantes). Os anfitriões foram super presentes e rápidos em toda a comunicação conosco. Perto da data do nosso check in, nos enviaram as informações e combinados sobre a casa (tudo muito organizado), além de dicas importantes e bacanas sobre Buenos Aires. Foi uma ótima experiência!

Estuvimos alojadas un grupo de 9 amigas por un fin de semana. La casa es super cómoda para grupos grandes además de estar muy bien ubicada y cuenta con todo lo necesario, no tuvimos que llevar nada. Lucía se comunicó desde el primer momento con nosotras y nos recibió para hacer el check in, e incluso gestionamos un late check out sin problemas, ella siempre muy amable. Volveríamos sin dudas.

An absolute jewel close to everything you need to make your stay amazing: restaurants, pubs, shops. The house is really well maintained and has everything to make you feel at home. Besides this the staff in charge is extremely friendly and accommodating. I was nicely surprised to receive a message from Rodri to make sure everything was in place and he even helped us arrange the transportation from the airport to the house (thank you Juan!). Dora was also very friendly despite being late. The only bemol was not being able to use the jacuzzi, which was something we were pretty much attracted to when we booked the house. It seems something was off with the heating and since we stay for only two nights there was no time to get it fixed. Still the experience was great and I would recommend this place! If we ever come back I would stay here again!

Mi familia y yo tuvimos una escala en EZE. Nos encantó el lugar, a 15 minutos del aeropuerto y súper hogareño. Pablo estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada aunque fue tarde por la noche. TODO es justo como las fotos. Nos habría encantado pasar más de una noche. Definitivamente regresaríamos 😊

Sherine’s place is amazing. A beautiful place to explore a very cool neighbourhood. Everything was exactly as described and Sherine is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb - she was responsive, friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. Our experience was excellent. The apartment is in an excellent location, very safe and near to restaurants, shopping, busses, etc. Well kept apartment, neat and tidy. You will find all the accommodations you need. Very easy to check-in and check-out. Totally recommendable.

Muy buen hospedaje, estaba limpio y era hermoso. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos resolvió todas las dudas al instante. Es un barrio tranquilo y a la vez cercano a varios puntos interesantes de la ciudad. Considerar que son 4 pisos sin ascensor por lo que dificulta el movimiento de maletas. Recomiendo comprar papel higiénico ya que no era de buena calidad el que se ofrecía. Si tenía todos los demás implementos para una estadía perfecta.

Perfect location for a long weekend in Buenos Aires! San Telmo market is just down the road and if you are there on Sunday the flea market is literally right outside your door. The apartment was very roomy and very comfortable for 2 couples. Tons of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Grisel was at the apartment to greet us on arrival and even let us check in early. She helped to arrange car service to and from the airport. Prior to arriving she sent an incredibly detailed book on recommendations and suggestions for an easy trip. I would highly recommend booking Grisel's apartment!!

La llegada fue excelente, muy fácil de encontrar y en seguida nos dieron acceso al comprobar la identidad. Tiene unas vistas increíbles y está muy cerca de diferentes zonas de ocio.
