Excelente lugar, todo muy bien. ubicado a pasos del obelisco y al lado de teatros. para quienes no están acostumbrados al ruido de una avenida concurrida, es algo a tener en cuenta. El resto todo perfecto

Tanto el edificio como el departamento están muy lindos, el check in es muy accesible hay un portero las 24hs. Lo único la cama si es un poco dura, pero para una estadía corta anda bien.

A estadia foi maravilhosa! Amamos Buenos Aires e o apartamento fez parte disso, as fotos estavam iguais e a localização era ótima! Um ponto importante para quem vêm do Brasil é que é necessário levar adaptador de tomada pois não está disponível no apartamento, mas tem extensão que pode ser usada! Obrigado Joaco e equipe! 🇦🇷💙

A localização é maravilhosa! O ambiente perfeito para duas pessoas, estava chovendo muito durante a estadia, então o conforto do espaço ajudou a tornar a estadia agradável! Belén foi muito solícita e simpática. Pedi uma manta por conta da temperatura e prontamente atendeu! Muito obrigada pela ótima estadia!

Excelente departamento, con inmejorable ubicación. Todo como nuevo, muy buen internet. El aire funciona perfectamente, si estas acostumbrado a usarlo a diario es un punto importante.

Our stay at Dani’s was amazing and completely worth the value. Although the apartment was not spotless, it has so much charm and character from personalized furniture and decor. The location is amazing, very short walk to La Boca and San Telmo. And the view from the balcony is beautiful, both during sunrise and the city lights at night.

El depa estaba igual o mejor a la descripción, los amenities espectaculares y la verdad que Ale estuvo muy al pendiente de todo lo que podíamos necesitar, nos dio recomendaciones y varios tips muy valiosos! Esperamos volver pronto

Ótimo lugar para quem vai em grupo. Acomoda confortavelmente umas 12 pessoas. Casa tem um quintal com churrasqueira que é um charme e muito útil para dias com chuvas e almoço com a galera. Possui três banheiros com água quente (um em uma suíte) e funcionando perfeitamente. Há um supermercado quase na esquina. Enfim, a casa foi um conforto para todos. Com certeza voltaria se precisar de um lugar grande pra ficar. Adorei!

Todo funcionó a la perfección. Su ubicación es muy conveniente y la casa es perfecta para ir con un grupo grande de amigos. La terraza se disfruta con muchas horas de sol. El living es perfecto para convivir y la calefacción estuvo ideal durante toda la estadía. Gran predisposición por parte de los dueños para colaborar y que contemos con todo lo que necesitábamos. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

This is a wonderful place. For a very reasonable price, you get a real home in Buenos Aires – two floors, two bathrooms, balconies, and even a real garden on the terrace. Highly recommended! Just be prepared for heating via air conditioning – it got a bit cold during rainy days. Other than that, everything was great.

The place was so fun! Arcade games were a huge hit ! Damian was easy to communicate with. Comfy beds! Great location , fruit store across the street!

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

An absolute jewel close to everything you need to make your stay amazing: restaurants, pubs, shops. The house is really well maintained and has everything to make you feel at home. Besides this the staff in charge is extremely friendly and accommodating. I was nicely surprised to receive a message from Rodri to make sure everything was in place and he even helped us arrange the transportation from the airport to the house (thank you Juan!). Dora was also very friendly despite being late. The only bemol was not being able to use the jacuzzi, which was something we were pretty much attracted to when we booked the house. It seems something was off with the heating and since we stay for only two nights there was no time to get it fixed. Still the experience was great and I would recommend this place! If we ever come back I would stay here again!

This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

Very nice Airbnb. Definitely worth the price. It is super clean and modern. There is a balcony and tow bathrooms. The kitchen is great. You are perfectly able to prepare meals. Another great thing about the accommodation is the rooftop. You can enjoy the sunset and in the summer you can even the swimming pool.

El departamento está limpio y ordenado, cuenta con todos los artículos de cocina, es espacioso, tiene muchos locales cerca de todo tipo de rubros eso hace más fácil la estadía. Está a dos cuadras y media del hospital italiano, para quien busquen hospedaje por ese motivo como fue el mío. Hay bonitos parques cerca para disfrutar el día.

Muy buena experiencia, la verdad es que Jorge y Betty han sido muy atentos en todo, nos explicaron y aconsejaron de acuerdo a lo que les consultamos, el lugar es ideal ya que está en una zona donde hay de todo, la verdad que si tenemos la posibilidad de volver no dudo que me hospedaría de nuevo en el mismo lugar

Buenas noches, Maria y Pablo estuvieron siempre al pendiente de nuestras comodidades, desde que llegamos hasta cuando nos fuimos, Pablo nos ayudó mucho con los horarios, fue mi flexible con eso, nos dio recomendaciones de los lugares donde podíamos ir, siempre nos respondían rápido si teníamos alguna duda, realmente estoy muy feliz con el lugar donde estuve hospedado, lo recomiendo 100%, el lugar es una maravilla definitivamente, espero poder volver más adelante. ☺️
