Everything was great. Benjamin is very friendly and responds very quickly, he is on the lookout for anything. It's worth it for the price you pay, the amenities of the place are very good, heated pool and the jacuzzi in a perfect temperature. The apartment has tub in the bathroom. Overall it's a 10 for me and I would definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location! Easy access to roads, close to whatever you need. The place is very nice, exactly as in the photos and very spacious. Arturo was attentive at all times and helped me when I needed directions. The parking lot is a bit small, so consider this if you have vans or very long cars. The rooms in the back can transmit some noise because there is a large light shaft in that area. Recommended one hundred percent! We'll be back soon!

A comfortable and clean place. It is outside the city center of León but by car you can move easily. We feel safe at all times and very close to the fractionation there are shops, greenery, a coffee shop, pharmacies, etc. Quiet and quiet to rest.

Excellent place, the hosts treat you like royalty. The amenities are super quality. I have the Impression that they offer you what they would use. For example, the quality of the linens and towels, the shampoo and first-class amenities. Since you arrive there is ice in the freezer and the kitchen is super equipped and we even found olive oil. Beautiful cozy place very beautiful view , if you wake up 4:30 to see the sun rise is a next level experience. Recommend to connect with Guanajuato day and night for sure be back. This is a lovely apartment that the owners clearly take great pride in. The furnishings are comfortable and high quality including the bedding and linens. The wifi is strong with a router both downstairs by the tv and upstairs in the 3rd bedroom/terrace area. The fridge is full sized and there is a hot plate for cooking and pots and dishes for your use. The owners Monica and Samuel are delightful and very informative even though our Spanish isn't great. The views are spectacular from this hillside apartment. Like many places in Guanajuato you should expect a lot of climbing either stairs or ramps/inclines on the sidewalks. It's about a 10 minute walk to the funicular that takes you down to the historic center. The apartment is in a residential area without a lot of stores or restaurants close. We were surprised by how loud the wind was at night. I highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent service, Erika surpassed assisting us in every way! We stayed in the Villa and it’s super spacious, and really nice. At night there is such a beautiful view to the city. The town is only a 10 min drive and the staff can coordinate rides into town. (Only $5) honestly the town gets pretty loud with the musical festivities so Casa Estrellas location is ideal so you can relax when you’re not in town. Definitely recommend, and would return.

I loved the place. The loft has incredible details that made a super difference for us; for example the super quality towels, blankets, and sheets that make you feel at home. The details of the light, with light in the hallway, in the bathroom, small lamps in the headboard, excellent for every need for a day of rest. Light connections everywhere, with usb entrance for phones. The delightful pool, with warm water and excellent hydromassage. We left the car outside the loft and we had no problems, despite the fact that the colony is not very crowded. I'm looking forward to returning!

The house is very good, Agusto and the house is very nice, just a little problems with the parking both check-in and check-out since the parking place assigned to the room is not respected
