The underground parking is convenient in an area where parking is difficult. Excellent contact with Julie to facilitate our access. The 4 floors without an elevator make you exercise. Clean and well-decorated apartment. Well located in relation to Puy du Fou. Perfect for a short stay. Slight downside with no windows overlooking the outside and traffic in the neighborhood a little dangerous with urban rodeos. In the apartment you still feel very good. The accommodation is well located, everything can be done on foot. The accommodation is also impeccable, well decorated.

Laurent's accommodation is smaller and less flashy than it appears in the photos but it is nonetheless very pleasant, in a residence overlooking an inner courtyard and in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on the balcony. Many small shops are nearby for the delight of the taste buds. Transportation is also very close, but in any case it is possible to walk to the city center or to the island's machines. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

The place is in such a great location for exploring. We loved being right next to the church on a quiet cobblestone road. Having a little garage was a great bonus for our car since this was a spot on our road trip.

What a finding this was! The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Jordane and Stephane were just the most amazing hosts and the attention to detail in the house was just incredible. The house was probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in and the hosts provide lots of little extras which was so helpful. We have fallen in love with the place and we are sure to go back for a longer period. Our only problem was that we were there for two nights and we wished we could have stayed forever!! We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.
