We left with a group of friends (10 friends) the house lived up to our expectations , little extra with the 2 cats. A small downside regarding the bedding, not to everyone's taste but it's still a detail Marion was more than available, very attentive. Had a fantastic 5 days in the middle of the beautiful Beaujolais region. The apartment has everything you need, but you will especially sit a lot outside on one of the terraces or by the very nice pool that overlooks the rolling vineyards. Hans and his wife gave us tips about the region and made an appointment for us with a local winegrower to taste wine. Also the current managers are really friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday. We would have liked to book. Hopefully until next time!

The accommodation and the site are beautiful, the garden, the small pool are independent of the owner who lives next door, in complete privacy, the welcome is warm, the beds are comfortable, sheets and towels impeccable, the accommodation has everything you need to cook and accommodate 10 people, the dishes are not mismatched (a detail that counts for some :), everything is clean. In short, you will have a very good stay in the Pierres Dorées with Romain and his partner!

The house is pretty and well decorated, and above all perfectly equipped ( swimming pool, dart, ping pong, foosball, plancha, swings, children's board games) for a week of vacation with friends with children! Celine is very responsive and finds solutions if needed ( loan of towels and sheets that could not have been done by the concierge). Easy to access by car but also by transport from the train station, that's what we were looking for. Thank you for everything

Great stay in this quality new place. Very convenient for two families with its two times two bedrooms with bathroom in two separate spaces. Heated pool at its best. Owner attentive and available. Very nice view of the mountains. To know that the accommodation is a little secluded (shopping 20 minutes by car) which was not disturbing for us.

We had a lovely family weekend at this beautiful and tastefully decorated house, located in a quiet area. We were 9 adults with a child and a baby. The house is fantastic. Exactly what we were looking for as a large family group. Activities and space for all to enjoy around the home. Great views and centrally located. Annonay was a great place to spend time in. Would definitely stay again.

A short one-night stay on site. The place is carefully decorated. Impeccable hygiene. We didn't want for anything in this place. The environment outside is quiet and surrounded by greenery that even the cold did not prevent us from enjoying. Dog walk and peaceful terrace. It's obvious that the pool must be fabulous outside of winter! Access was informed with clarity and precision with documents and photos by message. No need to contact the host (still reachable for my accepted flexibility request). For a stay close to the thermal baths, casino or good restaurants etc, I recommend it! Thanks José ✌️

Great weekend in this accommodation. Olivier welcomed us very warmly . The house has everything you need, it's even very beautiful and the pool and the outside is a real plus👌🏻. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Everything was perfect except for the cleaning, which was not at the rendezvous. It was not clean, no possibility to stay barefoot, black sock... and no possibility to do the cleaning ourselves (no vacuum cleaner). Not to mention the “yellow” bedspreads… a shame! Because everything else was perfect. Hoping that this review does not prevent a rental and that the necessary will be done for the next rentals because other than that: it was perfect. I recommend it!

We as a family of 6 felt very comfortable, had enough space and toys for the children! The pool can be used regardless of the weather, as it is covered, the facility is great and invites you to relax! Very child friendly! The large reclining window is simply magnificent! We are thrilled! The salad was tasty, thank you very much!

Alexandre and Aline are welcoming, available and attentive to our requests. The place is really peaceful and fits well with a family. There is the pool, a ping pong table, small cages for soccer, room to play in the garden. The terrace is very beautiful, without vis-à-vis, a BBQ, ... It is possible to park two cars in the property and one outside, which is very convenient. i highly recommend it.

the welcome was very cordial and warm and we received all the necessary information about the area to make it a very nice week. We enjoyed all the comfort from the house from beginning to end. We could go see the host with all our questions. the owner was so helpful. We recommend this house, an ideal base for exploring this area. Or to enjoy the estate quietly.
