Amazing location, everything was within a few minutes distance. Very beautiful city. Apartment is charming. It is very suitable for a couple. The sofabed is great to have, but not very comfortable, so keep this in mind. Because it's so close to everything, you can always just go back and relax for a little while before going out again. Joel was very responsive and very welcoming.

Staying at Guillaume's place was a real pleasure. Clean interior, very spacious and tastefully decorated, but also arranged in an original way on several floors. The small balcony in the living room was a relatively nice little extra. Check-in was easy, and the hosts were available and professional, which made the overall experience easier and better. An ideally located address, which I recommend because you feel good there and you find everything nearby. Thank you!

Wonderful stay here. The apartment is fresh and clean and lovely. Great kitchen. Super quiet at night. Very practical fenced in parking below. Super easy access to the seminar I was attending. Highly recommend.

Always as good as usual, always the small drinks, chips, biscuits available, there was no smell of sewers during our stay but it may be due to the heat and the work in the street but when you arrive in the accommodation the smell is no longer there As always, I recommend +++

We had a perfect stay with friends! The accommodation is ideal for relaxing, with a top hot tub that has largely contributed to our well-being. Everything was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. We highly recommend it, perfect for a relaxing time with friends. Thanks again to do it again

After last-minute expanding the group from 6 to 8 people (which fortunately was not a problem for Romain) we had a wonderful long weekend in this accommodation. The cottage is spacious enough for 8 people and all facilities are in good order. Although there is not a lot to do in the area (Lille 40 minutes drive was our only getaway) that was more than made up for by the spacious garden with jacuzzi. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place for this very friendly price!

Wonderful weekend made for my daughter's birthday. The cottage was very clean,quiet and above all very friendly. A beautiful place in a peaceful setting to disconnect. We loved staying here. The house is surrounded by nature and animals, perfect for relaxing and forgetting the everyday. Everything was clean and well kept. Hosts were always available if we needed anything, very thoughtful and kind. We will definitely be back, it was a perfect stay. Thanks for everything!

A super, quiet little gite - perfect for 2 plus a dog, lovely helpful hosts. The courtyard garden was secure and private, and everything we needed was here. There are lovely lake, towpath and forest walks within a few minutes drive, and several big supermarkets too. It's also an easy 40 minute drive to Lille, and the Belgian border isn't far either.

11-day stay for professional reasons. 3 minutes walk so perfect. Apartment matches the photos and clean. Super comfortable bed and large TV. Spacious and well-equipped apartment. Despite the proximity to the boulevard, very little noise in the apartment. I will only have two small negative points: no free parking space nearby, you have to go up the whole street (when you have bags and suitcases inconvenient). And it would be missing a small shelf under the sink to put the toiletries. Other than that, perfect, I'll come back if I have a chance.

I was very well received in a very friendly way in person by Thomas. He has always been available when needed between his professional activities. Very clean, very pleasant and bright studio with everything you need to have a great stay. Very comfortable bedding for good and sweet nights. I recommend this very well located accommodation at the gates of the avesnois to do plenty of beautiful walks without forgetting Avesnes where you have access on foot from the accommodation. I'd be happy to go back. Very nice place and Thomas is very friendly and conscientious.
