Verwoldsehof "On the part"

Kom logeren in het authentieke deel van Verwoldsehof: ‘Op de deel’. Oude werktuigen herinneren aan de tijd dat het een varkensboerderij was. In de huidige badkamer stond het paard op stal, de 2-persoons slaapkamer was voor de kalveren en in het slaapvertrek voor 3 personen stonden koeien te loeien. ‘Op de deel’ is van alle gemakken voorzien met een zithoek, eettafel, keukenblok, TV en kasten met gezelschapsspellen. Kom jij een potje ganzenborden of spelen en relaxen op het grote buitenterrein?

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Unique place near IJssel and the center of Zutphen

You have the De Smederij guest house all to yourself and it has its own entrance. Parking is free for guests. It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. Speaking of market; the market on Thursday and Saturday in the center is worth a stroll. Cycling with the wind in your hair in the countryside or to a museum or theater. Relax or work. Everything is possible in Zutphen!

NEW🌟Guesthouse " Het Koetshuis" with swimming pond

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Brand-new, small-scale guesthouse in the heart of nature! Beautifully surrounded by water, with a lovely view of a stork’s nest that is inhabited year-round. A perfect base for exploring the IJssel region and the Veluwe. Our accommodations are also located along some of the most scenic cycling and hiking routes. The charming Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are within cycling distance. Prefer to relax? Thermen Bussloo is just around the corner.

Scandinavia tipi 3-person

Stay in a cozy Scandinavian furnished tent with us at the Oetdoor camp. Tucking in the green and down to earth Achterhoek and enjoy the tranquility at the camp hour or in the hot tub and sauna (bookable). If you want to book several tipis, we have a total of 4 tents. Learn more below. Make free use of our bikes, canoes, sups and take a refreshing dip in the lake opposite our location. In winter, there is a wood-burning stove in the tipi.

Enjoy the countryside in the beautiful IJssel valley! Located between Zutphen and Deventer, our area offers many beautiful cycling and hiking routes. With us, you will stay in your own cozy apartment with a spacious terrace, a large garden and a view of a small water with the storks nesting next to it. Our guest house is available for rent for a minimum of 3 nights. Mandatory additional costs: Tourist tax 1.50 pp/pn to be paid on site.
