This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

It is a very quiet, surrounded by greenery and animals. The nearby villages are 10 and 15 minutes, where you can buy what is needed. There is a train station a short walk from here, that unites much of the island. Beaches in 25 minutes. It is a small house with two heights. Kitchen-lounge. in the second height, the double bed and a loft which can be another bed for children. Great storage space for storage. The house has everything you need for the kitchen and refrigerator, sheets and towels.

Juan and Irene are wonderful hosts - super friendly and helpful. The location of the house is great, everything was spotless and we found the amenities very thoughtful (cotton buds, toothpaste, conditioner, beach towels). We also absolutely loved Alaró and didn’t want to leave. The only downside was that the street outside the room could be noisy late at night - or very early in the morning. Aside from that, it was the most perfect stay. We loved Joy, the cute little dog, too!

Words cannot describe how wonderful our stay was! We wish it was longer & will definitely be coming back! Lucia & her husband were so kind & friendly, it felt like family! Their villa is a little slice of paradise & we didn’t want to leave! Wonderful kitchen, spacious bedroom, lovely bathroom, & the shared common spaces were so beautiful & dreamy! It felt like a fairytale :)

Pro: The place is as described, just nicer! The location is ideally suited for hikes and explorations. It is situated in a very small village. The pool is very clean. A barbecue is at your disposal. Plenty of bath and hand towels available. The amenities are brand new (2025). The contact with the host was very friendly and fast. The price in our case totally reasonable (rather reasonable). Cons: Now I'm sure the hair in the soup - a hair dryer would be great. We were requested to dispose of the waste. In the neighboring estate, there are two free-roaming dogs and sometimes barking dogs in the night hours. Conclusion: A great place that was a second home shortly after entering. Would have liked to have stayed longer. And if the price remains similar, we will come again soon. Thank you.
