Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Llevant

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der ruhigen und grosszügigen Finca von Cati. Um die Finca liegt ein wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet. Die Finca ist mit allem Notwendigen liebevoll und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt mehrere schöne Terrassen, die wir je nach Sonnenstand genossen. In kurzer Entfernung hört man das Meeresrauschen. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich groß und wunderschön gelegen, umgeben von viel Natur. Der Südosten bietet viele herrliche Buchten, die mit zu den schönsten auf Mallorca zählen. Kleine Städte mit schönen Plätzen und Märkten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir haben unsere sehr Tage sehr genossen.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

Einfach nur traumhaft schön! Tolles Haus, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Eigentümer. Es fehlt einem im Haus an nichts. Einfach auf die Terasse setzen und genießen! Der Ausblick ist phänomenal. Danke für diesen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt liebe Marion und lieber Ben.

It was so good, the best holiday ever! The house is so clean, stylish and comfortable. It is next to the beach and we could sit on the terrace and watch our kids at the beach. Cati and Miquel were so nice, they welcomed us warmly, even brought bread and cake for us ( which was so delicious ) and were available for our questions the whole time. We can only recommend this house warmly to everybody . Thank you so much! 😘

Notre séjour à la finca à été parfait. L emplacement de la maison est isolé et sans vis à vis. Nous avons eu une difficulté qui a été résolue avec réactivité et professionnalisme. Nous ne pouvons que dire que le plus dur a été de quitter le logement car nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement chez nous. Le jardin est magnifique et nous avons même pu manger quelques oranges. L emplacement est très bien pour visiter l île et toutes les magasins nécessaires sont tout prêt . Les hôtes sont très sympas et sont réactifs. Merci beaucoup à Nicole !

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. The interiors are beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I wouldn’t change a thing and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wir haben 5 wundervolle Tage in dieser traumhaften Villa verbracht – umgeben von Ruhe, Natur und Sonne. Es war einfach perfekt, um mal wieder richtig abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Villa selbst ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet – ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Sie liegt etwas abgelegen, also ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, um an den Strand oder in die nächste Stadt zu gelangen. Für Paare, die einfach genießen, entspannen und Abstand vom Alltag suchen, ist das der ideale Rückzugsort. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön auch an unsere Gastgeber Laura und Luis. Die beiden sind unglaublich herzlich, haben uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und waren immer für uns da. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen empfehlen!

Los Guardias is a very tranquil villa set in some very nice grounds and ideal for us as a family group of 4 couples. We found the villa to be well equipped with the kitchen having everything we needed. The pool is excellent with enough shaded areas for everyone to sit. It’s only 10 minutes to Santanyi which has some excellent restaurants, a great market on Wed and Sat and plenty of supermarkets. Plenty of activities at Cala D’or and a nice small beach at Cala Santanyi.

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

Absolutely loved our stay. The host greeted us at arrival and explained the house etc. had lots of information ready. He responded to questions and requests within 5 minutes he was extremely helpful with arranging transportation and giving directions etc. I would love to return to this home. It was 15 mins walk into town closer to grocery stores and local restaurants.

sehr schönes Apartment in toller Lage. es roch zuerst etwas muffig aber mit offenen Fenstern ist es kein Problem. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. es gäbe alles was wir mit unserem Kind gebraucht haben.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

Sehr ruhige Lage. seitlicher Meerblick. Vor der Tür war immer ein Parkplatz frei . Auf dem großen Balkon konnten wir wunderbar entspannen, waren aber auch schnell am Strand. Gekühlte Getränke lagen bei unserem Eintreffen im Kühlschrank bereit . Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Die Kommunikation war super die Besitzerin spricht fließend deutsch. WLAN lief super deutsches Fernsehen ist möglich aber wer will das schon wenn er aufs Meer schauen kann. Gerne wieder.

Ons verblijf (met onze dochter van 6 maanden) was erg fijn bij Petra! Goed appartement met een heerlijke grote rustige tuin die je met de eigenaren deelt en hun 2 lieve honden en katten. Ook heb je een eigen terras wat je kan afsluiten. Parkeren kan voor de deur in de straat, daar is voldoende plek. Om de hoek zit een grote supermarkt en bakkertje. Alcúdia ligt op een paar minuten wandelen. Erg leuk stadje. Zou het verblijf zeker aanraden. Petra zorgt voor een warm welkom en is makkelijk bereikbaar voor tips of andere vragen.

Wonderful place! The house is charming in a quiet part of the island. Jordi and Margalida are friendly and easy-going hosts. Very family-friendly with toys for different age groups. Also there are bikes (although we didn't have time to use them). The pool is a nice feature as well. The price was very fair for what was offered. I would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to Mallorca.

Juan und Jaume sind super Gastgeber. Wir mussten die Unterkunft kurzfristig buchen (Sonntag 21:30 Uhr), da wir in einer anderen Finca Probleme hatten und dort ausgezogen sind. Die Finca wurde Sonntagabend - am selben Abend - kurzfristig noch für uns vorbereitet. Juan und Jaume sind jederzeit erreichbar, immer lösungsorientiert unterwegs und super freundlich. Es ist eine wunderschöne Finca in ruhiger Lage, mit super Ausstattung, schöner Aufteilung, einem traumhaften Außenbereich und es hat uns während des Aufenthalts an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen.

Pinaret is Villa which caters brilliantly for a multi- generational family- we were with six grandchildren with ages ranging from 12 down to one, with their parents and us as grandparents , sharing this beautiful home from home for my 60 th birthday celebrations, all together under one door and plenty of space inside and out to enjoy , was absolutely wonderful. Amenities were walkable with great places to eat and browse and for the children to play. It is ideal. We were very sad to leave today . A unique week. Thank you to the hosts for making their beautiful villa available.

Es war ein rundum erholsamer Aufenthalt! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen 🌴 der Strand sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es war alles sauber & Doris ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sehr schnell erreichbar ist.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Finca auf Mallorca verbracht! Die Lage ist traumhaft – in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Gegend, perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Mit dem Auto sind schöne Strände in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Das schöne Städtchen Artá ist in gut 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist äußerst gepflegt, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Familienfreundlichkeit: Es gibt kindgerechtes Geschirr, Spielsachen und vieles mehr – ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Unsere Kleinen haben sich genauso wohlgefühlt wie wir! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man spürt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Hem estat un grup de 8 persones a la casa i ens hi hem trobat molt còmodes. Les vistes són fantàstiques en un entorn molt tranquil. L'Isabel súper atenta a totes les preguntes que han anat sorgint. Gràcies!

Mooie villa aan het strand. Niet perse een strand om te zwemmen maar op kleine afstand waren er super mooie andere stranden. Perfect uitzicht en leuke restaurants op loopafstand

Das Anwesen war technisch auf höchstem Niveau und baulich hervorragend ! Der große Garten mit den Früchten ,ein zusätzliches Erlebnis um frische Säfte zum Frühstück zu genießen. Ein Highlight einen so großen und schönen Pool zu haben. Rundherum einfach super! Kleines Manko waren die Auflagen der Gartenmöbel….

Our stay at the Finca was wonderful. It was the perfect space for our two families: four adults and three children (11, 6 and 2). The children loved the pool and it was ideal for their different swimming abilities because of the different depths. My 2 year old could safely walk around the seated area in the pool. The sides of the pool are raised up, so there was no risk of the children accidentally falling in. It felt very safe. The finca was spotlessly clean and homely. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, so there was no need to use the air conditioning through the night. We spent our evenings around the table on the terrace, using the BBQ, playing games and watching the sunset (and thunderstorms!). Kay was very attentive. The house is high tech, so when we lost power in a thunderstorm he received an alert and called my mobile immediately, checked we were alright and helping resolve the issue. He also brought the children treats on our last day. Life long memories were made here x
