Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Llevant

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in einem wunderschönen Garten und die Aussicht in alle Richtungen ein Traum! Der Pool mitten im Garten ist auch sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Im April war es noch ein bisschen kühl im Haus, wir konnten aber die elektrischen kleinen Herzkörper in der finca nutzen! Außerdem gibt es einen Finca Shop mit frischen Orangen, Eiern, Olivenöl, Wein,… Wir wurden von Beate sehr nett und persönlich betreut. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

This is an amazing place to stay. It is set up in the mountains with magnificent views. The house was very beautiful and comfortable with a great pool. There is plenty of seating to lounge around and enjoy the sun and sunsets with a drink in the evening. The projector screen was a nice change from the usual TV. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. There is a great local bakery in the village. Neshat was a very kind host and very easy to communicate with.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist ideal für Gruppen oder Familien. 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder bieten mehr als genug Platz. Besonders gut hat uns der Garten und der Pool gefallen. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut für Gruppen geeignet. Ist gibt genug Geschirr, eine Spülmaschine und eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und Ölen. Lediglich einige Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und manche Betten quietschen sehr doll, aber da wir eh die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht haben, war das völlig egal. Guida war immer schnell erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder. Vielen Dank ❤️

Incredible property in a great location. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Stefan was communicative in everything about the property and nearby suggestions. Pictures do not do this place justice!!! Book it!

Une belle surprise pour nous car nous avons trouvé la maison plus belle et plus grande qu'en photo : spacieuse, élégante, avec une touche de modernité et une décoration soignée. Que dire de la piscine qui est juste parfaite ! Beaucoup d'équipement de cuisine disponible, pour l'intérieur comme pour les barbecues. Nombreux produits d'accueils, de première nécessité et d'articles de toilette disponibles, serviettes pour la piscine ou encore parasols de plage. Toute la maison est climatisée mais nous n'avons utilisé que celles des chambres la nuit pour dormir et cela fonctionnait très bien. Communication très fluide avec l'agence sur place. La situation sur l'île est également appréciable, à 45 minutes de palma, et à quelques pas des célèbres Cala (Del Moro, Llombards, Mondrago ...) La maison est à mi-chemin entre le centre ville animé de Santanyi et la Cala .. mais ou que vous souhaitiez aller, voiture obligatoire ! (stationnement assez facile sur l'île). Die Unterkunft war für uns als Gruppe wirklich super. Es war alles sauber und es gab super viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Es war genau das vorhanden, was Catalina auch in ihrer Beschreibung stehen hat. Die Mücken sind durch den See bisschen penetrant, aber darauf waren wir vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation lief super.

Truly our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in—and we’ve stayed in many! The house is magical. The exterior is stunning and the resort-like pool was pristine and regularly cleaned. Inside, the decor was beachy and inviting, putting us right into vacation mode. The space was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We loved the thoughtful family-friendly touches like the crib and toys, which made us feel instantly at home. The A/C was a welcome relief from the summer heat, and the welcome gift from our host was such a nice surprise. We also appreciated being a short drive from two quiet, charming towns with great food. Beaches were just 15 minutes away, so we could explore during the day and return to peace and quiet. Highly recommend this place—10/10 and wish we had stayed longer!

Un excellent séjour ! La maison était parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre et bien entretenue. L’hôte a été très réactif tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

Un pis fantàstic, perfecte per passar-hi uns dies. La Cristina ha sigut en tot moment molt amable i s'ha preocupat per tots els detalls en tot moment, tornarem!

Wir hatten ein sehr großes und schönes Zimmer! Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Obwohl unser Flug eine Verspätung hatte, konnten wir problemlos in die Wohnung rein. Als einziges Nachteil von unserem Zimmer fand ich den Straßenlärm, da die Straße gut befahren ist, aber nachts war es ganz ruhig! Insgesamt würde ich die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

Le logement de Cati est très bien équipé et très bien situé (proche de la plage et des commerces). La terrasse est très agréable. Cati répond très rapidement aux messages. Je recommande

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! Will definitely be returning one day!! Thank you again ❤️

très bon logement paisible avec magnifique vue depuis la terrasse. logement très bien équipé, confortable avec climatisation appréciable. cuisine avec tous les ustensiles utiles, literie de bonne qualité, pièce de vie cosy. Appartement au dernier étage, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Facilité de se garer dans la rue. nous recommandons ! 🤩

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!
