Beachfront holiday rentals in Llevant

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

This was a perfect base for a family vacation on Mallorca. Antonia was a lovely host and very responsive. The house has everything you could need, including bikes and beach toys to borrow.

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

This was an excellent apartment for us. Very close to an cove beach area, and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc Although a smallish holiday area it wasn't overcrowded. But was close to larger resorts. The apartment was very well equipped. Fancina was the perfect host, friendly, v helpful, and quick to respond to our queries

We stayed in Alcudia for the spring break and absolutely loved it! Josep’s apartment is beautifully located, beach front with stunning views on the turquoise sea and white sand beach. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning! Josep was a lovely host, very proactive, helpful and flexible. He offered tips, clear instructions with pictures and provided recommendations proactively including updates (for ex. on closed roads during the recent bike race that helped us with planning). The apartment was very well equipped from cooking spices to dishwasher and laundry detergents, sponges, etc. Two bathrooms made it super easy for a family of 4 and the bedrooms, although small, were peaceful and quiet with very comfortable beds. Very clean. Everything was is a great condition and working flawlessly. The location is incredible, a stone throw away from gorgeous beach but also supermarkets. The sunny mornings on the terrace will stay in our memories for a long time. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Big and a lovely garden area. Can easily walk to restaurants etc. beach right across the road (stone beach) but a sand beach a few 100m up the road with nice kids playgrounds etc too. Seems to be a cycling Mecca with lots and lots of riders coming past the house along the beach road - was quite fun people watching. Would happily recommend this place to others :)

It was an incredibly beautiful and lovely place. Beautiful and clean accommodation. However, there was some noise from neighbors, as you live close. Maria was an incredibly sweet host and the location was absolutely top with the sea and pool. Magical place.

We had the most amazing time at jose’s home. Jose and his daughter were so welcoming and made check in so easy. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The home was was very well equipped and had everything we needed. He was very accommodating with late check out too. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to los delfines town which has everything you need. We hope to go back soon! The view was spectacular. We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

The accommodation was perfect for us. It is superbly equipped and has everything you need for a stay. In just about 3 minutes you can walk to a beach and a small supermarket. The small town is also well suited for a quiet stay.

Beautiful villa on the beach. Not necessarily a beach for swimming, but at a short distance there were super beautiful other beaches. Perfect views and nice restaurants within walking distance

For those looking to stay somewhere quieter in Mallorca, this is a great place. It had all the amenities I needed and I enjoyed my stay, highly recommend!

We have a lovely stay at Maria’s place and she is such a fantastic host! Very responsive and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated. The place itself is very nice, it was a great location for our family and you will be comfortable with or without a car. Thank you for your hospitality Maria!

The place is beautifully located. It is quiet and the view of the sea is simply great. However, a rental car is a must in this area. The apartment has everything we needed. Above all, the air conditioning is extremely quiet. Swimming in the sea is possible without problems, but only with good bathing shoes. What was somewhat irritating were the walkers who walked directly in front. Nevertheless, we liked it enormously and we would come again. Everything worked out wonderfully and Jose always wrote back quickly.

We rented a car and drove from Palma. It was a pleasant drive and easy to find and park. Mabel met us there and showed us the place. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We prepared several meals there rather than eating out so we could enjoy some local fresh food. The neighborhood was very quiet which we liked but everything is close. Mabel’s suggestions of things to see nearby were helpful. Easy walk to restaurants, the beach, and some very picturesque coves. We were there for nine nights and did not want to leave.

We spent a lovely week in this property. Excellent amenities great outdoor spaces - two roof terraces and two garden terraces. Felt welcomed from when we arrived and were shown through the property. Really spacious and great place to relax. Thank you

It was so good, the best holiday ever! The house is so clean, stylish and comfortable. It is next to the beach and we could sit on the terrace and watch our kids at the beach. Cati and Miquel were so nice, they welcomed us warmly, even brought bread and cake for us ( which was so delicious ) and were available for our questions the whole time. We can only recommend this house warmly to everybody . Thank you so much! 😘

I highly recommend it, beautiful location, by the sea, the view from the window is sensational. Contacting your host is impeccable. Bed linen and towels are changed regularly. We didn't miss anything, I recommend it!

A wonderful accommodation that is highly recommended. We were very warmly welcomed by Gus and his wife, although we were only able to check in very late. Also during the stay, Gus was very attentive and inquired about our condition and gave us information with a quick response time. The house is tastefully creatively furnished, is very comfortable and cozy. A highlight are the three terraces, which we all regularly used and enjoyed. The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest. Birds can be observed all day, with the hoopoe and nightingale also being heard constantly. A few meters from the house is the large natural sandy beach, where we could take beautiful walks and go swimming barefoot. The surrounding area offers very nice hiking opportunities on the coast and in the mountains. We liked it very much....!!!

Beautiful apartment with great balcony overlooking sandy beach. Pristine. I left my home keys in a drawer and they very kindly rang me in taxi to airport , so we could go back and get them. Recommend highly.
