Holiday rentals with a sauna in Llanogrande, Don Diego

I loved the location because it was away from all the noise and craziness of Provenza, yet you are within walking distance of a mall with plenty of restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The building itself has a nice family-friendly pool and a jacuzzi. Additionally, there is an in-house restaurant and Spa. The building staff is friendly and helpful, ready to solve any issue that you may have. The best thing about this location was that there is an outstanding restaurant (probably the best in Medellin), only a 4-minute Uber ride ($1.5 US). The restaurant name is Runico, you must have reservations to get in, the experience is outstanding in all senses. The only thing that was a problem for me was the hot water in the shower. Sometimes, it worked, and sometimes, it didn't. They don't use water heaters like in the US, and I was not able to figure it out. One of the best experiences on my travels to Medellin.

very nice location . 7 blocks from downtown and park and many restaurants and my favorite was the 553 next to the park. excellent food and priced right. i bought a bicycle for getting to my friends house on the other side of town . was able to use the remote for underground storage and protection at the apartment

Vanessa’s apartment was just perfect for our stay in Colombia to visit our son and his fiancée. Our plane was repeatedly delayed because of storms and they allowed easy check-in, even from our son. Security at the apartment was unparalleled! We felt so safe there. Uber was easy and quick to respond, even with the short distance to Provenza. The apartment itself was clean and lovely, with gorgeous views of Medellin, with 2 wide balconies, and 2 additional Juliet balconies from the 2 bedrooms. It had everything we needed for our stay-washer/dryer, 3 smart tv’s and plenty of light in the apartment. The outside balcony tub and pool were a plus. Most of all, the communication with my host was rapid and always helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

This apartment is amazing , it was big enough for me and my family , quiet and peaceful , pool was great, insight parking was algo great , easy to get around. Would stay here again when visiting Medellin.

2 bedroom in poblado in a great building. Weekends do get loud with parties so if that’s not your vibe, reconsider. Beautiful pool with a great view. Host is super responsive & answered all our requests and questions.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The restaurant on site was convenient and the front desk folks were friendly and responsive. The location is great. One note though, if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet stay this is not the property for you. You can hear the noise from other units traveling through the ventilation ducts and especially on weekends, people stay up very late partying listening to music. Other than that, we had a perfect stay and everything in the apartment worked as it should.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Laura’s place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and we loved the thoughtful touches and the comfy bedding. Laura was also incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great local recommendations and always being available to answer our questions. We can't wait to stay here again!

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

This place was everything that was described. Loved the layout. The music room and garden were definitely and added touch and bonus. Latin is a very cool host. He gave really good tips about the area and all the hot spots. Definitely will book again.

We loved our stay here! Every detail of the house is so well thought through - from the well-stocked kitchen to the outdoor hammocks to the many lovely gathering spaces. The pickleballs court and the sauna were personal favorites of my family, and everything was so easy to use thanks to Jaime’s quick and clear communication. It was the perfect 2-day getaway from Medellín, and the trip left us all feeling so refreshed. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

The pictures don't make justice to the actual lofts. Each room has the caring and homie touch to make the guests feel welcome. Spoiler: I didn't mind the early noisy street, as where I live in the US it is similar. David and Vanessa were extremely helpful to help us with every question. The supermarket is very close by, as well restaurants or dining areas. The park is also very close, safe, beautiful and perfect for families and pets.
