Desde el primer momento me sentí como en casa gracias a la hospitalidad de Andrés, quien no solo fue un excelente anfitrión, sino que también se convirtió en un gran amigo en tan solo unos días. El lugar es hermoso, cómodo y con una energía muy especial, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la ciudad. El trato de los hosts fue excepcional: atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Sin duda, volvería nuevamente. ¡Gracias por todo, Andrés!

This was my second time being able to book Ignacio’s place and it was not a disappointment yet again. We enjoyed this bachelor trip and we were thankful for the hospitality that was provided to us.

It's a lovely building and apartment, but it might be time for some TLC. It's starting to look a bit run down. We had a problem with the security person while trying to park our car. He was extremely rude and made fun of me and my family. I texted the host, asking her to contact me the next day to discuss it, but she never did. Everything else was okay.

Es un apartamento muy bonito, excelente ubicación, bien dotado en todas las áreas y con servicios del condominio como la piscina, turco, sauna, gimnasio, restaurante, etc. Genial!!!

Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. Everyone was happy

Place was really nice not to far from everything and has a lots of restaurants bars as well and prices for this place and for food drinks is amazing! If I come back next year again definitely I will stay in same place is the best!I recommend all the Americans boys girls is just perfect place to be in Medellin

Had a lovely stay at the appartement of Sebas en Beatrice. I liked the neighborhood, you'll walk easily to estadio but also to circular where a lot of nice restaurants are. The wifi worked perfectly so I could easily get my work done. The appartement felt quickly like home.

Tuvimos una excelente estadía en el apartamento, es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Ubicado en un lugar estratégico, cerca de estación del metro, restaurantes, comida callejera y parques. Tiene unas vistas increíbles desde su balcón, acceso en ascensor muy eficiente y sobre todo el Señor Gonzalo, una persona muy querida, atenta y servicial, te hace sentir en casa. Marcela muy atenta a mi llegada, dando instrucciones claras y precisas. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en este apartamento.

Nuestra estado en Medellín fue espectacular desde el apartamento y su vista hermosa a la ciudad. Fue muy fácil moverse en Uber, hay un supermercado cerca para lo básico que necesites. Apartamento comodo y con lo que necesitas. Definitivamente volvería nuevamente. 😊

This was my second booking at Albertos place within 3 months. I've found that he is a easy host and his home contains absolutely everything needed for a long stay. if you are looking to experience Centro Medellín, then this is the perfect place to stay.

Increíble el lugar, maravilloso el paisaje y la casa espectacular. Las camas un poco duras pero no tengo palabras para describir el lugar..una MARAVILLA. muy amable Betty y Helena quién nos recibió. En las habitaciones el perfume que pusieron era muy rico pero un poco intenso, es solo un detalle... Definitivamente 100% recomendado.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious, the apartment is actually bigger than I thought. from the check-in to the check-out everything was great. the building is beautiful, safe, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great apartment for work from home, good internet, has nice desk for work. the apartment has everything you need for long stay. I highly recommend
