Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Livadi

Giannis is a great host, fully responsive, friendly and polite. His recommendations noted on a map with places to go for swimming, dining and sightseeing were very helpful. He provided us with bottles of drinking water, coffee capsules and ingredients for breakfast. I really recommend the place if you are down for a private experience next to the centre of the island, with nice beaches around.

Margarita est une hôte très prévenante. Tout est prévu pour nous faire passer un excellent moment et la maison est fabuleuse ! Propre, très cosy et vraiment très bien située ! Margarita m'avait prévenue qu'à cette époque de l'année, de nombreuses tavernes seraient fermées mais on a eu la chance d'avoir la taverne du vassalia (la plus proche du logement) qui était ouverte et l'accueil était vraiment top ! Tous les conseils de visite du guide de Margarita sont également très précieux ! Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Merci beaucoup !

Our stay was truly exceptional! This spacious apartment comfortably accommodated our family of three, including our active toddler. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to beaches, restaurants, cafes, and a mini market. The property boasts two patios - one with a gorgeous sea view and a larger back terrace ideal for relaxing dinners. Everything was impeccably clean and all listed amenities were provided. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. They served a delicious full breakfast each morning and were always ready with helpful recommendations. Their warmth and patience with our energetic little one was particularly appreciated. This place is an absolute gem on the island, even better than the photos suggest. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Located above Agios Ioannis, a lovely beach, Makis’s place is a 10 minute ride from Livadi port. The house is tastefully furnished in the Cycladic style with a wonderful outside space perfect for gazing at the bay below and the stars above in the evening. The home is clean, quiet and conveniently located to explore The rest of Serifos. Makis is a responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommended.

The property was simply amazing, right in the heart of Faros, our favourite part of Sifnos, it has a spectacular view, is extremely private and comfortable and couldn’t be better located. The apartment is really well renovated and looks amazing and had everything we needed, including a washing machine. You feel like you are living in the beautiful Aegean Sea when you look out your windows or sit on your balcony and the perfect waters and dramatic views are stunning. Giannis and Katerina were amazing hosts, they made sure we had everything we needed including baby cot and high chair. We even visitors them at their wonderful farm, saw their animals and traditional farming techniques and tried their beautiful hand made cheeses and wines. We couldn’t have had a better stay, Sifnos has become our new favourite island in Greece and Faros in particular is magical. We are already planning our next visit and will stay at this apartment again for sure. Not to be missed!

Love Sifnos and this apartment is fantastic. Great location and Anastasia was super helpful with helping to organise taxis and an additional clean. We had a problem with the door on arrival but she arranged for it to be fixed. Lovely place.

If you are looking for a place with all conveniences, a wellness spa feel and superquiet nights, despites sleeping only a 5 minute walk from the Agiothopes beach: don.t look any further. You found a place where you can enjoy and relax some peacefull days, choosing either the pool or discovering cute little beaches surrounding the bay like a jweled necklage; some pebbled, some perfect for sunset and swimming, all with a delicious seabreeze and lazy shade. Within the jewelbox of Poseidonia you'll also find calm restaurants like the Perroquet Tranquille and taverna's around the corner, to discover with gourmandise for joy and taste. and the bay,s best Bakery patissier in Finikas. Do not even try the little choclate cakes, if you're hesitant to stay; because these will win you over forever. The owners are gentle helpfull calm people, that make you feel at ease like the Poseidonia breeze.

We had a fantastic five days at Aqua Blu. We were lucky that we had the entire place (4 cottages/apartments plus pool) to ourselves. It’s well equipped, very quiet, great if small pool and literally 5 mins for the best beach (and beach bar) on the island. There is also a cheap good quality Taverna onsite, and boats for hire at the end of the drive. We reckon it’s the best location on the island!

Wonderful stay as a family of four in Serifos, Great retreat, and had a dreamy week. YOU WILL NEED A VEHICLE IF TOU WANT TO GET ABOUT REGULARLY! Knowing this we booked a car and came and went happily and regularly. Good when it’s windy, lovely when the wind settles, all in all a cracking stay

We loved it! We stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful time. It is on a quiet beach in Kythnos that was never crowded and was particularly peaceful in the morning and the evening. It’s the ideal place to stay if you want to relax and maximise your swimming time as you have access to the beach within just a few steps as well as your own private pool. It was always easy to find parking next to the house. As mentioned by previous guests there are a few things missing from the house (there are no kitchen knives for cooking, only butter and steak knives. There is also no vacuum and no rags to help keep the house clean) in spite of these details we still had the best time and are already thinking of coming back.

One of the most beautiful places we have stayed in the world - both villa and location. Taki was an incredible host, he met us at the villa and communication was great. We needed a break after a busy few working weeks in London and this was the perfect holiday to unwind and get some time out of the hustle and bustle. The island is still unspoilt by tourists but also has a very touristy feel with the choice of restaurants and cafes. Highly highly recommend this place. Will be back :)

Το κατάλυμα πληρεί όλες τις προϋποθέσεις. Είναι πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο με μεράκι και γούστο. Η περιοχή ήσυχη με εξαιρετική θέα και σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα η ιδιωτικότητα που σου προσφέρει. Ο Φραγκίσκος εξαιρετικός σε όλα και πάντα πρόθυμος να απαντήσει σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση και να καλύψει οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη. Σίγουρα θα επέλεγα ξανά αυτό το κατάλυμα για να κάνω ήρεμες και ξεκούραστες διακοπές.

We had a wonderful stay ! Beautiful place and great pool. Supermarket and beach in walking distance. We were with 4 people and had everything we needed.

Great location, super tranquil within a 5/10 minutes walk to the beach and or port with many restaurants and bars. We (two couples) stayed for fournights in this lovely property. Nice outside space and the house had lots of thoughtful extras, so very comfortable and homey. Heaps extra linen and towels, including beach towels, books, games and family friendly. We would certainly recommend at staying this property on Serifo

Our stay at Aikaterini’s house was perfect! The house is super cute and the view on the bay from one of the two terraces with the sunset is really beautiful. It’s easy to reach from the port and close to some beaches too - but Aikaterini gave us tips to visit all over the island which were great. She’s super friendly and helpful and immediately made us feel at home. I totally recommend this place! 🫶🏻

Fantastic location. Walking distance from port restaurants and bus stop. Beautiful clean place. Stephanie was so helpful with recommendations and looking after us. Cannot sing her praises enough and would definitely recommend here and will certainly be coming back. Amazing place. Great value for money.

Très belle surprise, le logement était mieux en réalité que sur les photos ! La vue est magnifique, c’est un plaisir de rester à l admirer. Le logement était très propre et présentait tous les équipements fonctionnels nécessaires.. Merci encore au papa d être venu nous chercher ! Bonne continuation à toute la famille !

Superbe maison direct sur la plage ! Nous avions la maison du milieu. Très propre, fonctionnel, joli ! Elle se situe au bout de la plage, plus calme. La mer est juste là. Séjour parfait. Communication très fluide avec l’hôte. Katerina nous a mis à disposition un lit pour bébé. C ‘était parfait

Le séjour dans cette maison a été très agréable et l’environnement est très calme. La maman d’Élisavet a été très disponible en cas de besoin. Très bel endroit

Lovely stay at a wonderfull old traditional house, with stunning views. The host was super helpful and gave us great advice for our stay as she is a local. The house has all the charm of a traditional home that is well kept and brought to modern standards. Sitting on the balcony and taking in the view was by far the highlight of our trip. There is some walking to get there as it is towards the edge of the village but this means it is super private and quiet! Would recommend!
