Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Litomysl

Our stay at Martina’s was great. It was a nice space in a quiet neighborhood. They were a very good host. Personally, I would likely not stay again even though I gave a 5-star rating. This is because, as they do detail correctly, the beds are “single” beds. Ie, they are short beds with a headboard and footboard. As a 6’0” person who sleeps on my stomach, I literally couldn’t fit on the bed. Additionally, there’s only air conditioning in the living room. So, I just slept on the couch each night under the AC. If you’re shorter and don’t mind a little warmth (no fan in the room either), it won’t be a problem and they’re a great host. Still, thanks for having us!

Pobyt mogę zaliczyć do udanych. Mieszkanie jak na zdjęciach, nie ma nowoczesnego wyglądu, ale jest funkcjonalne i miłe. Wszyscy byli bardzo zadowoleni. Gospodarza bardzo komunikatywny. Dziękujemy za gościnę.

Překvapivě velké místnosti. Příjemné polštáře, peřiny, povlečení - spalo se krásně. Základní vybavení (sprchový gel, ručníky, dokonce i něco málo v kuchyni - olej atd.). Byly jsme moc spokojené a moc děkujeme!

Me and my wife loved Daniel's place. Just like you see in photos, very pretty, clean, beautiful view of the downtown of Svitavy. The place had everything you need, kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything. Daniel always responded immediately with any question we had. Also parking was right in front of the place. The only thing that should be mentioned is to get to Daniels place you have to walk pretty narrow long staircase which for an older person could be an issue, but it was not issue for us at all. I would recommend Daniels place 100%. Great place, great location and great host.

Skvělé ubytování, byly jsme nadšeně. Ani snítko prachu, až je to m nevíře. :) Perfektně zrekonstruovaný byt s výhledem na poutni kostel a kousek od autobusu a Billy. Majitelé velmi vstřícní a ochotní, nic nam nechybělo. Komunikace úplně bez problémů. Moc doporučuji.

Naprosto pecka po všech stránkách. Už teď se těšíme na opětovné návštěvy. Ubytování i servis byl nad veškeré očekávání. Maximální spokojenost. DOPORUČUJEME. :)

Paní se sama ozvala, zda jsme se na ubytování v pořádku dostali. Nevěděli jsme, kde zaparkovat a paní okamžitě reagovala a poradila nám bezpečné místo, komunikace skvělá. Ubytování bylo snadné najít, dostali jsme se dovnitř hned. Vše bylo uklizené a čisté. Vevnitř bylo příjemné teplo. Z okna hezké výhledy na ulici a okolní hory. Téměř vedle bytu je obchod, kde se dá cokoliv nakoupit. V kuchyni byl papír s informacemi, co vše můžeme ve městě vidět. Ráda ubytování u Iwony doporučím. 😊

Krásný objekt v klidné oblasti, který po rekonstrukci disponuje moderním vybavením, ale přitom si zachovává historické kouzlo. Hostitel je pohotový a přátelský, vždy reagoval hned a se vším nám vyšel vstříc. Rádi se v budoucnu vrátíme na delší pobyt.

Unsere Familie hatte einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Haus von Klara und Huck. Die Lage war schön naturnah und die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die freundliche und hilfsbereite Art der Gastgeberin Klara (die übrigens fantastisch Deutsch sprechen kann). Sie ermöglichte zum Beispiel kurzfristig, unsere Tochter kurz reiten zu lassen oder, dass die Kinder mit ihrem süßen Hund Katie spielen konnten. Ein weiteres Highlight war auch der großzügige Pool, in dem wir jeden Tag viel Spaß hatten. Vielen lieben Dank an die tollen Gastgeber!

Beautiful and private garden with interesting nooks and corners to explore. Huge interior with nice combination old and modern. Practical kitchen, clean and full equipped. The huge table was also very helpful. The stove easily warmed the living room. The shover works fine and bathtub was interesting experience. Comfortable beds. Great location near to interesting touristic walks like castle ruin trails.

Chatka se nachází v úžasném prostředí. Krásný les a okolo klid. S hostitelem je skvělá domluva. A rádi se sem vrátíme. Děkujeme za skvělý pobyt.

Lovely recently decorated home in a small village in Czechia. Well appointed, with everything we needed. We felt right at home.

Ubytování bylo moc pěkné, splnilo naše očekávání. Předání klíču proběhlo bez komplikací, podle času, který nám vyhovoval. Komunikace s hostitelem byla bez obtíží. Rádi se na toto místo vrátíme.

Jan's apartment worked great for my visit to Hradec Kralove. I would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Vše v pořádku ,pouze parkování placené v centru města

Jeli jsme za poznáním města a nemohli jsme si vybrat vhodnější ubytování. Krásný byt přímo v centru města. Přitom ale ve velmi poklidném okolí. Byt má krásné, prostorné a čisté místnosti. Moderní a velmi estetický. Je v něm vše, co člověk potřebuje a i něco navíc. Paní Adéla je skvělá hostitelka a cokoliv jsme potřebovali, byla nám okamžitě k dispozici. Pokud pojedete do Hradce strávit noc, mohu vřele doporučit.

When we arrived, David greeted us and showed us how to get in and gave us instructions. The flat smelled good and there are multiple ventilation systems/fans throughout, making it quite comfortable. Everything was pristine and quite spacious for 2 of us. We stayed for 2 weeks because we were visiting family in town and during that time we enjoyed privacy and quiet, with very few sounds from the flats around us. Even though it was too cold to use it, we enjoyed entering through the large semi-private patio, where there is a large covered seating area that was quite nice. The kitchen had all the basics, the washing machine/dryer worked well and there was a drying rack we made use of as well. The beds were quite firm. There were blackout curtains in the bedroom, as well as another tv and a small seating area, with a cabinet where we could store our clothing. It worked quite well for an extended stay. There is a Billa and a nice cafe just one block down the road. We felt safe.

Bel appartement au deuxième étage, 1 pièce avec salle de bain, parfait pour un couple ou petite famille. Près de tout, très bien situé et bien équipé. Jan a assurée une excellente communication. Nous avons aimé notre séjour.

Ubytování bylo opravdu čisté a perfektně zařízené. Nejvíce oceňuji krásnou zahradu se spoustou hraček. Hostitel byl pohotový a komunikace proběhla bez problémů.

S pobytem jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Apartmán je plně vybaven a moderně zařízen. Venku je krásné posezení v klidné lokalitě. Atrakce (Sky Walk, Sky Bridge) jsou pro pěší ve vzdálenosti do 30 minut.
