Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Litochoro

I booked The White Luxury apartment for my parents and kids and they had a wonderful stay! Magi was a fantastic host, she was super quick to respond to any questions we had prior and after our arrival. The apartment is cozy and charming and matched the photo description perfectly. It's new, clean, with fully equipped kitchen and great size fridge. It's situated at the end of a lovely little street, walking distance to the beach, amazing restaurants and food stores. There is a table with four chairs on the balcony where my family loved having breakfast and dinner. The balcony never gets sun apart from the morning, so it was very relaxing to sit out. My kids were trilled to find that the only playground in Paralia, was actually on the same street as the apartment, just a block away. The apartment complex has a pool and my kids had wonderful time playing in the pool with their grandpa. :) Overall, it's really lovely place and we look forward to be back. ❤️

Ich war 7 Wochen lang in diesem Apartment und ich habe jeden Tag genossen. Aris und Eleni sind traumhafte Gastgeber. Sie sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben mich immer wieder mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten versorgt. Sonnen und Grillen im großen Garten ist gut möglich. Die Gegend hier ist sehr schön und ruhig und es ist vom Haus nicht weit zum Strand. Auch Thessaloniki ist nicht weit entfernt. Mit dem Bus ist man in 40 min am südlichen Punkt der Stadt. Trotzdem ist ein Auto in dieser Gegend sehr sinnvoll. Ich kann diese Unterkunft v. a. für Familien mit kleinen Kindern wärmstens empfehlen.

Very happy with the apartment. Apartment was clean and spacious, just next to the beach. Amazing view. Relaxing morning coffee with the sea view - priceless. Elena was always there if we needed anything. Very kind and respectful. The apartment has everything you need, from kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher...) to washing and drying machine. Big place to store your clothes and 2 big bedrooms. Each room has air conditioning for prefect temperature. Beach is just few steps from door. There is a coffee shop just under the apartment. Supermarket is also very close if you need anything. I warmly recommend this apartment and I would gladly come back.

Katharina was a very good host, friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was small but nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great, very central, so we could easily reach everything. Overall, we were very happy 🙂.

πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, ευρύχωρο, πεντακάθαρο και με πολύ ωραία θέα στη βεράντα. έχει ένα τεράστιο κήπο με γκαζόν, με πολλά παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά, barbeque, πολλούς διαφορετικούς χώρους να κάτσεις για φαγητό και σκιά. οι ιδιοκτήτες εξαιρετικοί, πολύ φιλόξενοι και ταυτόχρονα διακριτικοι. το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε οικογένειες με παιδιά αλλά και σε παρεες

The apartment is really great. It is very nice, spacious, clean and has everything you need. It is in quiet neighborhood and there is great view from the big balcony. The host Athanasios was very friendly, responsive and helped us a lot during our stay. We highly recommend this apartment, Marjan and Keti.

The host-m-r Anastasios is the nicest person I've ever met. The house is amazing. Everything that someone needs is there. Super clean, exceptional amenities. We were three people and to us was perfect. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beach is located 10 minutes by car. I truly love this place I and would like to spend more and more vacations there. Thank you very much for everything m-r Anastasios!

Perfect place to relax

A wonderful stay all around. Maria was a great host also. The pictures on the listing don't actuall do justice to the view or the house. It is better in person! We arrived and meet up with Maria as agreed, she offered lots of help for things to do, and spots to hit. Prior to arrival, I had also sent her many questions, all of which she answered. All of her responses at arrival, and prior, were representative of reality and useful. The villa is off the beaten path, as listed. You need a car for sure, there is one village to the immediate south, maybe 3 mins away by car where you can find everything you need. The bakery is a must hit...there is always a line up, easy to find. Katsouro restaurant right near the house is also a must hit, as recommended by our host. If you are looking for a local experience, this is the place to go. This is off the beaten path for sure. 40mins from Thessaloniki which has everything a large urban center can provide, and about 40 mins also from Mount Olympus, which is spectular in more ways than one. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our stay with Chrissy and Vasilis was absolutely wonderful! They welcomed us so warmly, and everything was exactly as we had imagined. A truly beautiful experience—we enjoyed every moment. We highly recommend these hosts!

That place is absolute hidden paradise with gorgeous and unforgettable views from the balcony I would dare to say , the pictures on Airbnb site does not really represent the astonishing 180 degrees panorama so the only thing you need to do is to verify my words by booking the apartment, there will be no slim chance to get disappointed The spot is between 2 small villages which is top to my standards , quite and peaceful and only 3-4 kilometres from everything you would possibly need - fruit& vegetable stores , fresh fish & shellfish, bakery etc There are of course ultimate beaches around and 1.25-2h to all Halkidiki fingers by car Another host of Airbnb who undoubtedly increase the standards and put its rating to highest level Thank you !

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ηλίας' place! The apartment is incredibly spacious, peaceful, and perfectly located in the heart of the city. Despite being in the city center, the unit is tucked away at the back of the building, so you can enjoy total tranquility without any noise from the lively cafes and restaurants nearby. The decor is stylish and modern, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. I especially loved the ample storage space with so many closets—it made the stay even more comfortable. If you're looking for the perfect balance of city-center convenience with peace, privacy, and a beautifully designed, modern and spacious home, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, friendly owner, fair deal.

Die Wohnung in Paralia war sehr schön, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Man ist mit dieser Wohnung nicht direkt im Trubel aber man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell an der Promenade mit Geschäften und Tavernen. Parkplatz für unser Auto war auch immer auf der Straße gegeben. Paralia selber ist ein sehr lebhafter Ort mit weiten Stränden, vielen Touristenangeboten und internationalen Besuchern. Wer mit einem Auto flexibel ist, dem stehen diverse Ausflugsziele frei und kann die schöne Region erkunden. Bei Fragen und Wünschen war Tobias immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell reagiert.

We had a wonderful time here. The apartment is exactly as in the photos. It’s very spacious, cozy, and really, really clean. You have everything you need – the kitchen is very well equipped, with all possible amenities. There are 2 bathrooms which is very convenient when you have kids 😊 There were also a washing, and a dryer machines. The apartment has a large balcony with a beautiful view. Aristidis is a nice and very helpful host. He gave us very useful information about the supermarkets, best restaurants, and bakery in the area. Also, he responded very fast to all our questions. The beach is only 5 minutes away by car. It’s not crowded, with fine sand and crystal water.

Wurden bei Ankunft sehr nett vom Schwiegervater auf Deutsch begrüßt. Dieser zeigte uns die Wohnung und war bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist schön und alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.
