Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Litochoro

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Karya! Alles war super! Katerina hat beste Instruktionen zum Finden des Hauses geschickt, zudem hat ihr Mann schon gleich an der Straßenecke auf uns gewartet! Wir haben von ihm viele Tipps zum Erkunden der Umgebung bekommen, die alle super waren! Schweren Herzens mussten wir heute abreisen! Da ich auch oft mit meiner Tochter unterwegs bin, waren wir schon in vielen Airbnbs! Für mich war dieses hier das BESTE! Ich würde eine 10/10 geben, wenn ich könnte! Das Hochbett ist sowas von gemütlich!!! Wir hätten auch unten schlafen können, haben es oben aber bevorzugt! Die Umgebung war ruhig, so dass wir uns bestens erholt haben! Tausend Dank für alles!!! Wir würden hier immer wieder buchen!

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

Mooi, handig en ontzettend proper huisje in een bergdorpje aan de voet van de Olympos met een heel verzorgde, kleine tuin met twee terrassen en een BBQ. Ideaal als je houdt van de rust en natuur, met zicht op de Olympos en de zee.

Nagyon szép és jól berendezett emeleti lakás, ugyan nem a parton, de az erkélyről csodálatos kilátás nyílik a tengerre és a környező helyekre - a tengerpart kb. 3-4 perc autóval. Nagyon barátságos a család, és rugalmasak, bármiben segítenek ha szükséges. Másodjára voltunk náluk, de minden bizonnyal nem utoljára!

Popi is one of the kindest person you will ever meet. She gave us a lot of good recommendations & she was so nice, she waited us with snacks, fruits and water. The house is very spacious, spotless clean & with amazing views. Nearby you will find great restaurants, supermarket, a cafe shop perfect for breakfast, everything at a walking distance; also, you will have a parking spot. I recommend everyone to come here, relax & enjoy this beautiful place. Cannot wait to come back here.☺️

With almost 20 years of experience in Airbnb, I can certainly say that Eleni is the kindest host ever. It feels like you are visiting a close friend or family member. The house is great, very clean and everything looks like no one has used it before. It has everything you need for your stay and more. The yard is lovely and there is a very nice tent with a large table where you can all dine together. Your pets are welcome which is an added benefit. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful and cozy place to stay in Korinos do no hesitate to rent this house.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Eleni's house - the garden is beautiful and spacious. The little apartment is clean and big enough to have a comfortable stay. The beach is a 10min walk from Eleni's house. All in all, a great stay!

Όμορφο, καθαρό και με επαρκείς χώρους για τρία ζευγάρια. Επισκευθήκαμε σε περίοδο που δεν χρειάζονταν ούτε κλιματισμός, ούτε θέρμανση, οπότε δεν μπορώ να σχολιάσω σχετικά. Ίσως το μόνο αρνητικό μιας γενικά πολύ καλής εμπειρίας ήταν η απουσία κάποιων ειδών μπάνιου (σαμπουάν, αφροντουζ), κάτι που μας ανάγκασε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το προϊόν ενός dispenser (πιθανώς απορρυπαντικό χεριών...) Σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο, αν και προτιμήσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε αυτοκίνητο όλες τις μέρες. Συμπερασματικά, μάλλον θα το επέλεγα ξανά αν επισκεπτόμουν το Λιτόχωρο με μεγάλη παρέα.

The place was located in a quiet part of the village. The host was very accomodating and waited for my girlfriend and I as we got lost along the way and arrived almost an hour late. The place was cozy and can be good for a summer or winter excursion/weekend.

unser Apartment Aufenthalt bei Elena war fantastisch, geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Die Lage war super! direkt am Strand, Terrasse mit Meeresblick und etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Die Gastgeberin Elena war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Vielen Dank liebe Frau Elena für die perfekte und wunderschöne Zeit bei Ihnen.

Wir haben Litochoro als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Olympbesteigung genutzt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Sie scheint neu modernisiert zu sein - beispielsweise neue Fenster und Balkontüren mit Moskitonetzen und Außenjalousien. Vom Gesamteindruck des Hauses sollte man sich nicht täuschen lassen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerne haben wir die Waschmaschine genutzt. Vom umlaufenden Balkon hat man sowohl Blick auf‘s Meer als auch auf den Olymp. Zum Ortszentrum sind es weniger als zehn Gehminuten. Dort findet man zahlreiche Restaurants, Tavernen, Bars, Souvenirläden etc. Besonders gut hat uns der Outdoorladen „55Peaks“ gefallen. Tolles Sortiment von Salewa, La Sportiva etc. Wir können die Wohnung und den Anbieter sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Paralia! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders praktisch: Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage war super, alles war gut zu erreichen. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen – klare Empfehlung!

Εξαίρετος οικοδεσπότης, άψογο διαμέρισμα

Πολύ φιλόξενο και ζεστό διαμέρισμα και μεταφορικά, αλλά και κυριολεκτικά, αφού η ενεργειακή απόδοση του σπιτιού ήταν εξαιρετική.Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι εντυπωσιακή σε ένα πράσινο, πανέμορφο φυσικό περιβάλλον. Οι οικοδεσπότες εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενεστατοι .Σίγουρα αποτελεί πιθανός μελλοντικός προορισμός για την οικογένεια μας!

An incredible place to stay in Litochoro! Hosts could not be more generous! They are warm, friendly, and had amazing suggestions (we ended up having the best meal of our whole trip based on their suggestions!). The home is easy to find, has parking, is very clean and spacious. The rooftop is perfection! Highly highly recommend!

Ήταν όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος και ο Παύλος ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε! Το μόνο που θα μπορούσα να σημειώσω ως αρνητικό είναι ότι δεν υπήρχε σύνδεση (WiFi) internet , κάτι για το οποίο όπως μας ενημέρωσε ο οικοδεσπότης πιθανό να έφταιγε ο καιρός και ο πάροχος.. το προτείνω!!!
