Great place, a short walk away from both a grocery store and downtown. Great view of Mount Olympus. Spacious and very clean.

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

We were really impressed by the property. It is more like a residence which has everything that you will need for a nice stay. It is way better live than the photos and i can say it was the best villa visited in my life and i was in plenty. The host was very friendly and communicative.

Amazing stay! Felt right at home. There is EVERYTHING and more you could need for short (or long) stay. The views are breathtaking, the area in general has a lot to offer-from mountains to the beaches to the cultural sites and buzzing towns. Theodoros was very nice and had solid recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. The pool obviously was a blessing on hot days. We highly recommend this place and would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious apartment in Leptokarya. The space is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are large and airy, with plenty of natural light and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The balcony was a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening chats. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Leptokarya. It truly feels like a home away from home.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Eleni's house - the garden is beautiful and spacious. The little apartment is clean and big enough to have a comfortable stay. The beach is a 10min walk from Eleni's house. All in all, a great stay!

We spent an amazing week in this cozy house and we are extremely happy with our stay. The house is clean and tastefully furnished. The location was perfect – just a few minutes walk from the beach. The garden was beautifully maintained and a perfect place for morning coffee or evening rest. We recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and comfort near the sea.

Villa Olympic is very well-groomed and beautiful: lots of greenery, beach a few meters away, clear sea and beach. there is a shop very close with a delicious bakery that opens early in the morning, and there are also delicious taverns nearby where you can dine. The staff of the villa is very polite, responded quickly to requests, provided guidance on all issues, and helped to rent a car. The villa itself is very clean, new furniture, parking for cars. The holiday in this villa is excellent, I recommend it!

Great place, great location, great staff in a superb villa. Hard to find. Air conditioning could be better but highly recommend.

My existing reservation cancelled on me one day prior to my flight to Greece. I was able to secure Foteinhs’s place right away. She returned my message and confirmed reservation within minutes. She wasn’t available to check me in, in person but it wasn’t her fault and she made it exceptionally easy to get inside and make myself at home. Her place is not particularly easy to find however, she responded immediately and consistently when I contacted her for assistance. Her place was well equipped, immaculately cared for and clean, and very peaceful relaxing. Loved the pool. The beds are not very comfortable, but if you like a very firm bed then you will be ok. I loved everything about my stay.

We had a fantastic holiday at the villa. It was spacious, clean and just as we expected. We didnt realise that the villa was managed by a management company, but they were great ! The staff were very friendly and responsive - nothing was too much trouble. We were very well looked after, and the cleaners came round often. The only negative comment that we had is that the villa is looking a little tired outside (cracks in the rendering, a few missing tiles around the patio area, and some repairs where the paint didnt match), but they didnt affect our enjoyment. We would definitely recommend.

A lovely villa! The view is probably the best in northern Greece! It feels like the ship is moving. The house is comfortable, clean and fully equipped. Many thanks to the owners! I highly recommend it!

We had a great time in Thetis villa. The location is stunning, the house and the yard are perfect for a friends group and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The hosts were friendly and helpful for anything we needed. We really recommend this place for a summer vacation!
