tempatnya bagus banget dan pemandangan indah, cocok banget buat yg mau tenangin diri karna gak berisik, sedikit saran mungkin bisa di cek kembali sebelum menerima tamu karna kemarin pemanas airnya sempat bisa sebentar lalu seterusnya tidak panas, lalu toilet tergenang air sepertinya ada kebocoran mungkin bisa di cek kembali, selebihnya suka banget fasilitas lengkap bakal balik lagi kesana

Ben eşimle bir hafta konakladım. sessiz huzurlu ve güzel havuzu bulunun nezih bir yer. araçla 10 dakika içinde alışveriş merkezine yada güzel bir restorana gidebilirsiniz. ve ayrıca çalışan personeller çok naziklerdi.

Close to the district 1, which is really nice. Very helpful and informative host. The room is clean and the AC is working great and cooling the room nicely. Will rebook again if there's more work around there

Sejujurnya saya agak khawatir waktu memesan kamar di apartemen ini, karena terlihat dari luar cukup mengkhawatirkan. Namun alhamdulillah saat hari menginap, saya diantar langsung oleh pak tri menuju kamar dan how to be there. Pak Tri jg orang yg ramah walaupun pembawaannya terlihat tegas. unit kamarnya sangat bersih, jauh lebih bersih dari ekspektasi saya. Terima kasih pak Tri.

I have stayed here for a month. During my stay, host has supported me with kind and helpful. Very clean and useful home appliances were one of top benefits of this apartment. I will definitely stay here for my next travel.

great value for what you get. warm water at the shower, a pair of two AC's two bedrooms and a kitchen. (the toilet is equiped with a hand held bidet, I called it the Jet engine bidet because it has a lot of oemf to it haha, nothing negatieve tho) for us it was a great location to stay and on our time off exploring we sat back on the couch, the TV has multiple apps (YouTube, netflix, Disney etc) the view of the pool at the balcony is nice, speaking of the pool, it's usually very quiet and calm, and actually surprisingly big. furthermore the host has been very welcoming and helpful. ( we requested an extra key and it was provided fairly quickly 1/2 days) overall we where very happy with the Air B&B and all the extras it provides. we gladly rent it again on our next visit!

Unit nya sangat strategis, tuan rumah sangat responsif dan ramah. Fasilitas dalam unit lengkap dan unit bebas rokok dan kids friendly, kamar tidur bersih, kamar mandi bersih, dapur juga bersih serta lengkap dengan peralatan makan. Wifi berjalan lancar. Balkon strategis karena bisa langsung akses ke fasilitas apartment seperti outdoor gym, kolam renang. Sangat recommended untuk menginap di lain waktu.

The tower where the place in, is still under development. Found slight difficulties to find parking spot since the crowd seems to be at the mall and other tower. Overall, waterpark at the apartment was a lot of fun especially if you bring children. you can go to mall by walking. there's parking fee but still reasonable for 1 night, max. around Rp30,000. The room as described, enough for 2 people, love the cleanliness though, the room doesn't smell reek. Thank you for letting us stay!

It's a great escape away from Jakarta. The apartment is as described and Janice is a very response host, who was quick to assist when there were some issues with the fridge. The building is quiet and you can enjoy the amenities well. We were a little saddened by the lack of streetfood options around the building (area), although there are a few nice restaurants nearby offering international food (Korean, Japanese, Thai).

I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Indraさんのアパートはいつも快適で静かです。会社の友人もこのアパートに長期滞在しています。日本人が多いアパートで日本語スタップが在中しています。周囲は繁華街もなく、観光名所もないので旅行者向きではないと思います。 生活消耗品やアメニティ類はないので、アパート内のコンビニで購入できます。工業団地の勤務者や駐在員が多いみたいです。Indraさんはとても親切で、連絡も早いです。wifiはアパートの共有wifiなので土日や夕方はスピードが少し遅い気がします。私はまた何度もここに宿泊すると思います。これからもお願いします。

Very nice experience

It was pleasure to stay in Noordian place.Actually the apartment is bigger then looks on the pictures with plenty of storage . I was lucky to stay whole month and was hard to leave the place .The place is very secure with little shop downstairs and a lot of good restaurants. It takes me longer to arrive from the airport but Noordian was waiting for me and hand me the keys. Once we came inside check everything and noticed that washing machine is missing . After when he made a call in an hour the washing machine was installed in the apartment and ready to use. Bathroom is so good with bath and showers with constant hot water and good water pressure. If only I could stay longer definitely I will stay .But for sure next time when I am in Jakarta I would like to use Noordian place again and again . Extremely happy with my stay and with communication with Noordian as he always responded in time .
