Beautiful house with plenty of space in nature. No direct neighbors and with large property right by the forest.

The house was really big with separate bathrooms and it was really nicely decorated. The house and pool were very clean and the garden was beautiful with an amazing view. The area was very safe and there was a lot to explore in the area. We highly recommend this house!

Everything was perfect, very clean, well-equiped and nice house. The only thing to critisize was that we could not lock the bathroom downstairs and found the bed in the dormitory downstairs too soft.

Very steep stairs to the bedrooms as the only "drawback", but it didn't matter to us. Uncomplicated and cooperative approach. Enjoyed it very much. Plenty of space for our wet tournament clothes and a cool pool after hot days. The rooster crows in front of the house, but if you don't want that, you might be better off on a city vacation. Would come back anytime.

A great family vacation. The house is great. In the kitchen is everything that is needed. The beds freshly made, everything clean. The electrical appliances all work perfectly.

Astrid's house is a little gem in which we immediately felt comfortable! We were on the road a lot on excursions and were able to relax really well in the evening and sit on the newly made terrace. It has everything you need. The lakeside restaurant only had hot food until 8 pm in the summer, but it was cheap with large portions. There is a great large playground at the lake, which is only about 15 minutes walking distance from the "triangle" (that's what the kids have lovingly named the house). We would definitely come back!! :)

We were two families with a total of 3 children in the accommodation, everything was perfect, we had a great time there. There is a small and very sweet zoo nearby, there is a safari directly in the village, great cities can be reached in about 30 minutes - we can highly recommend the accommodation!

We had a nice week at the accommodation were in Krumau in 6 minutes by car. What we also liked very much was the smart TV and everything you needed was there. We also use the garden for badminton play as the area was large enough and the size of the gazebo is great for grilling or like us for breakfast. highly recommended if you like it quiet but not quite off the shot happy to come back.

I requested the accommodation only in the afternoon of the same day. Hildegart immediately contacted us and was super spontaneous with the confirmation. Everything was very lovingly furnished and extremely clean. I was warmly welcomed and also warmly bid farewell. Hildegart's husband gave me a detailed tour of his passion, beekeeping. The apartment is quiet, but centrally located in the village. Great recommendation! I'll be back for sure!

The place is very nicely located in the middle of nature with great views of the lake. You will find all the necessary things in the accommodation to spend a few nice days. On site, everything corresponded to the description. Would recommend this to anyone! 🌞

We were really super satisfied with the constantly productive and friendly communication with Mark and Kavita. The accommodation is perfectly located for excursions into the city and within walking distance. A parking space is about 7 minutes' walk away. On the balcony, you can relax and enjoy the view of the Vltava. The facility leaves nothing to be desired.

it was clean, we liked everything

We had the trip across the republic, we left an hour early. Thanks to the heavy traffic and frequent colonies, we arrived 2.5 hours later with 2 small children. I communicated with the owner and kept her informed about the arrival time. We got scolded from the owner and felt like intruders when we arrived. It was not pleasant for us at all. He didn't even say hello to us at checkout, we never met this kind of behavior, and it kind of spoiled the overall experience. The cottage was appropriately furnished, the amenities were sufficient and the neighborhood was beautiful, so we made up for it. We brought our own linens, 200,- we received a lot per person (towels were not here, we had ours), as well as 11c for KWh (in the cottage where there is a flow heater and heaters) or 100,- behind a box with wood. Too bad, otherwise beautiful place.

It is a beautiful traditional style cottage. We enjoyed our stay there.

Quaint country house with feudal amenities and attention to detail 9/10 On the edge of the Bohemian Forest close to cozy ski areas, this house is also ideal for summer vacations. Equipped with loving details, each room tells a story for itself. The sanitary facilities are clean, beds pleasant, the kitchen-living room equipped with plenty of space and necessary equipment for shared cooking experiences, only a range is missing. The tranquility in the rural setting is fabulous despite the best road connection. The outdoor areas allow extensive games, barbecue evenings, and views of the weather-luminous mill district from above, and invite you to explore walks in the forest.

We felt at home from the first moment - the house, the surroundings and the loving design made our stay unforgettable. The tranquility and the nature all around invite you to relax, and you can feel in every detail how much heart and soul Astrid and Michael have put into creating this special little piece of earth. They were always there for us when we had questions and made our stay perfect all around. We would love to come back - thank you for this wonderful time!

Really nice accommodation for relaxing days in the Bavarian Forest, conveniently located. Nice hosts, great terrace and ingenious amenities. The traffic can be heard through the paving stones, but that was clear from the photos. Absolute recommendation!

The house is pleasantly decorated and everything was visibly clean so it immediately felt comfortable for us. Petr also communicated well and smoothly.
