We had a fantastic stay at Patricia's beautiful villa in Koh Samui! The flexible check-in & check-out made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Patricia was an incredibly friendly and communicative host throughout the booking and our stay. On the ground, Kate and Sun were amazing—super helpful and always available when we needed anything. Sun met us at the villa to help us check in and give us a full tour. The villa itself is stunning, the pool area and the view are incredible, you can see all the way to the sea and the islands beyond. The location is very close to Fisherman's Village, just a 10 minute drive up into the hills from the main highway, and easily reachable by car or scooter. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay, we will definitely be back next time we are in Koh Samui!

The villa is absolutely stunning — beautifully decorated and very well maintained. We felt at home from the very first moment. The service was excellent: Sann and Jeffrey responded promptly to all our requests and were always helpful. We truly appreciated your warm hospitality and we can highly recommend to stay there.

Had amazing stay , host responded instantly to every message & arrived instantly if we needed anything , had everything we needed & was so clean almost like brand new ! Would definitely stay again , thank you 🤍

My favourite location from all villas I have stayed. So beautiful location snd the views are amazing. Pool is to die for. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. You feel like king/queens. One thing that dissapointed us from day to day was the food we ordered for dinner. You get better food at any random restaurant in Thai. Pictures on the menu would help a lot understanding the size of the dish. Food was overpriced and not worth the money. To be fair then Phad Thai was the best we had in Thai, Tom Yum was the worst. Breakfast was good with great variety.

The villa is brand new, welcoming guests from January 2025 which meant it is in perfect condition. Koh Samui is very hilly but we found this villa wasn't too far up a hill and the view is worth it, it really is incredible. The salt water infinity pool was perfect and we were swimming every day after our morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable and all of the air conditioners were working well. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, all were very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We took advantage of the service to order groceries to be supplied on our arrival which was well worth it. Our host Dave provided restaurant recommendations and information for how we could arrange car or bike hire to be delivered to the villa. Dave met us on arrival and was very gracious and understanding when we arrived late. I would highly recommend this villa, we loved every part of our stay here and will stay again.

Es war unvergesslich und wunderschön. kun ya Die Haushälterin hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das morgendliche Frühstück war unglaublich. Teilweise sind die Böden und Möbel in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Checkin und der Checkout war super flexibel und wir danken Darren sehr dafür. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt den Eltern mit kleinen Kindern beachten sollten. Der Pool hat eine Absaugtanlage, die auf einer Seite nicht geschützt ist. Der Sog ist sehr stark und könnte kleine Kinder-Händchen oder Füße verletzen oder sogar einsaugen. Mein absolutes Highlight war der unvergessliche Ausblick auf Ko Samui. Boligen er præcis som på billederne og udsigten er næsten smukkere - det er en drømme bolig, beliggende i et stille kvarter, der er få gode restauranter langs strand og vej, men vil anbefale en scooter så man kan komme ind til hvor der sker noget .. Til var fantastisk til at hjælpe med alt - hun hjalp med vores udflugter og sørgede for vi fik en anden hytte at blive i da vi havde tjekket ud og ventede på transport til lufthavnen.. 10/10 ..

The villa was extremely clean and well maintained. The villa was equipped with basic toiletries including towels, cooking basics and cleaning supplies. A cleaner was also available every morning. The beach was extremely nice though had rocks. The villa is within the hotel so around a 5 mins walk from reception but a buggy service is provided and easy to contact. An amazing villa and I would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Koh Samui.

This house and surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Private, spacious and clean. The pool is warm and inviting! Everything about our stay was sensational. Excellent location. We did have an electricity outage which affected the water supply, but Petra was always responsive and tried to rectify as much as she could, even though it was out of her control. The outage didn’t last long, and we didn’t let it interfere with our holiday. Thank you Petra for a wonderful stay at your place.

Sehr gastfreundliche und herzliche Familie. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und wurden zum Essen eingeladen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Can't say enough good about Dave and his lovely wife. Super friendly and welcoming and from the moment of booking he reached out. The place is even more beautiful in person, the unreal view of the islands in the distance ufff amazing. It stormed every single day we were there due to an unfortunate storm rolling in from the east but if you're gonna be stuck somewhere, might as well be villa emerald. Loved all 3 floors of the villa. Having daily use of his vehicle to use came in clutch. First time driving on the left side of the road but didn't take long getting used to and his vehicle manages getting up and down the steep roads. My only negative is the mosquitos because of all the rain, some don't get bit, those blood sucker's got me every chance they got. Note the power did go out briefly once, probably storm related and the internet goes in and out at times. Loved my stay though. Thx Dave and Neung ❤️

Die Villa ist wirklich einzigartig. Die Terasse mit Blick auf das Meer und direktem Strandzugang waren für uns als Familie mit Kindern perfekt. Das Restaurant nebenan lieferte uns das Essen direkt auf die Terrasse und zur wundervollen Thai Massage sind es auch nur wenige Schritte. Darüber hinaus ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß an der Straße mit ganz vielen Cafés, Restaurants etc. Und wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, Ben hat immer umgehend reagiert und uns geholfen.

Diese Unterkunft war mehr wie wir erwartet haben. Nicht nur, dass man herzlich und persönlich (aber trotzdem flexibel) in Empfang genommen wurde - wir hatten den Transfer mit gebucht - wir wurden auch mit zusätzlichen Infos rund um versorgt. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte ist zusätzlich zu dem professionellen Umgang mit uns auch die einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gästebetreuung. Wir waren etwa eine Woche vor Ort und obwohl es wirklich ausreichend Handtücher gab, wurde die Unterkunft inklusive Pool 2x gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Darüber wurden wir vorab via Messenger-Service informiert sowie die entsprechende Uhrzeit kommuniziert. Es war einfach, unkompliziert und wir konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Mit Roller ist alles einfach zu erreichen, aber auch für den ersten oder den letzten Tag kann man problemlos das Nötigste zu Fuß erreichen. Taxiservice usw. wird außerdem von der Unterkunft angeboten. 100% Empfehlung - wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Koh Samui was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that looked like it came straight out of a postcard. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from a stocked kitchen to cozy lounge areas perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Waking up to the sound of birds and the gentle rustle of palm trees, followed by breakfast with a view of the ocean, was truly unforgettable. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive from local restaurants, markets, and beaches. Whether we wanted to unwind or head out for some island adventure, everything was within reach. This home made our Koh Samui trip incredibly special. We left feeling relaxed. We'll be back

Fantastic airbnb to stay at! Our host was so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Really made everything easy for us. The villa was even more beautiful in person than in the photos, which honestly never happens! The pool was incredible and we spent so much time just enjoying those gorgeous views. Everything looked exactly like what we expected from the listing. Jack the driver deserves a special mention because he was seriously awesome. Not only was he super flexible with our schedule and pickups, but he gave us the best local recommendations. We discovered some amazing spots we never would have found otherwise, and he was just such a genuinely nice guy to be around. Everything about this place exceeded what we hoped for. You can tell our host really cares about making sure guests have a great time. We’re already talking about coming back! Thanks for an unforgettable trip!

השהות אצל גרייס הייתה מדהימה וענתה על כל הציפיות שלנו ואפילו מעבר. גרייס הייתה זמינה עוד לפני ההגעה שלנו, עזרה לנו להזמין עיסוי לבית ועזרה לנו לשכור טוסטוס באיזור. היא קיבלה אותנו עם חיוך ונתנה מענה לכל בקשה שלנו. ובונוס בנוסף זה שיש לה מסעדה צמודה עם אוכל מאוד טעים!! אם אחזור לנופש שוב פעם בקו סמוי אין ספק שאני אחזור להתארח אצל גרייס

This villa is an absolute gem! The interiors are beautifully curated with art and color -- but also comfortable for lounging and working. They center around a beautiful pool terrace that's well-equipped with sun beds and shade, plus more art and sculpture. And the bedrooms are comfortable and private. Lipa Noi was a delightful surprise as well. While Lamai and Chaweng felt crowded and noisy, this side of the island is green and lush with much quieter beaches and gorgeous sunsets. You'll need transportation (rent a scooter or rely on Grab) to get around, but the added travel is worth the tranquility. A total dream of a villa -- I've seen nothing else like it!

Nová hezká a prostorná vila v naprostém soukromí, pěkný bazén. Klidnější lokalita, blízko dobrá restaurace. Vřele doporučuji, stejně tak hostitele který nám se vším poradil a pomohl.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Sie ist etwas ruhiger gelegen, abseits des Trubels. Die Kommunikation und der Check In waren wirklich super! Sehr freundlich und es war jederzeit jemand zu erreichen.
