Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Lipa Noi

Jillian est une hôte des plus chaleureuses et accueillantes, elle est également de bon conseils, très réactive et arrangeante, la communication a été des plus fluide. Le logement quant à lui a une vue magnifique, la piscine avec jacuzzi est tres agréable cependant elle ne prend pas directement le soleil ou sinon très tôt le matin. Le mobilier est propre, confortable et agréable, les chambres et salles de bain également, climatisation disponible dans toutes les pièces. La cuisine est bien équipée. À titre informatif, pour 8 jours à deux personnes nous avons payés 100€ d'électricité, la moyenne étant à 400baths/ par jour environ. Merci à Jillian et ses équipes qui sont vraiment au top ! ✨

We really enjoyed our time in this villa as a family of 5 including 3 kids (13,10,4). The pool is the absolute highlight, especially for the kids. The villa is huge, and very well equipped. The contact throughout was spectacular, the team are super responsive. I worried about the noise coming from the other villas but it was silent, everyone was very respectful throughout the area and mostly families who spend the daytime out of the villas. A few things to be aware of but nothing that would stop me giving 5 stars: We had a car and we're pleased we did! Even just the walk to the main road is 3-5 minutes. Then, a dangerous walk along a busy road to Fishermans for 20 minutes. If you don't hire a car, use taxis! The beds in this place are the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced (like sleeping on concrete). I would book this place again.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans la villa et nous avons bien apprécié. La villa est absolument magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine. La communication avec Annie et Sikarin étaient très fluides. On nous a parlé d'un festival qui était à 300 m et qui risquait d'occasionner du bruit mais nous y sommes allés pour profiter de l'ambiance. De plus, c'était vraiment très supportable. Que dire de plus à part dire, sans hésiter j'y retournerai si je dois retourner à Maenam (proche plage et seven eleven)

We enjoyed our stay get very much. Francois and Bam were helpful and responded to our questions very quickly. The villa was very well equipped if you choose to eat in, and there is also a BBQ. Pool clean and very large, lots of space to relax, with a lot of welcome shaded areas. Location remote as stated in listing, however, we had a motorcycle as advised so not an issue for us. For those not wishing to rent a scooter I would recommend using the GRAB app for taxis. There is a very small tradition Thai restaurant 3 minutes walk, limited menu, and closes at 8pm - we used this once and food was delicious. We also used a little shop just past the entrance to the restaurant where you can pick up snacks, soft drinks, beer and water . The owners are a lovely little old couple who enthusiastically greeted us each time we went drove by.

This home allows you to open the accordion glass doors and hear the waves and feel the sea breeze all day. Since it’s on the north coast, you can see the sunrise and sunset each day. You can walk out without shoes and stroll along the beach to one of the great restaurants facing the sea.

Such a fabulous house and communication was perfectly clear. Only issue we had was the air conditioning that didn’t work in 3 bedrooms very well. But Orawan moved some of the guests to another location to assist. Staff were terrific and food was excellent. Thanks for having us.

Amazing stay! The villa is beautiful and so clean. Great location but just a minute walk or so to the street so it’s nice and quiet. We would definitely stay again. Parichat was very accommodating and we extended our stay by an extra night too which was perfect. Thank you so much again! :-)

Unglaublich tolle Villa mit traumhaften Blick übers Meer und fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen. Alles super. Die Villa befindet sich etwas abgelegen in einer privaten bewachten Anlage. Zu Fuß ist nichts erreichbar. Man braucht für alles ein Auto. Wir haben den angebotenen Fahrservice genutzt, welcher hervorragend geklappt hat. 24/7 war ein Taxi verfügbar, problemlose Kommunikation über Textnachricht, normale Preise, 500 Baht nach Chaweng oder Fishermanns Village. Frühstück wird für 500 Baht p.P. ebenfalls angeboten, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Haben wir selber gemacht, man kann online problemlos Lebensmittel bestellen, welche geliefert werden. Die Villa selbst war ein Traum. Es war alles vorhanden und hat hervorragend funktioniert. Sehr modern! Für Familie mit sehr kleinen Kindern allerdings nicht geeignet, da die Schlafzimmer über mehrere Ebenen zum Teil weit auseinander liegen. Insgesamt top Empfehlung, allerdings zusätzlich ca. 1000 Baht Stromkosten pro Tag. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Truly special Villa! We are group of 5 travelers (3 separate groups make up the 5). This Villa ticked all the boxes prior to booking, and the stay at the Villa was magical. We generally spend most of our time out and about exploring, however this time we spent most of time at the Villa enjoying the pool area, the egg chair/living room area - and the outdoor sala. (We befriended a bird with no feather on head - we called it little Al (as in Alopecia) - we hope to see it again) Everything was super clean, modern and cool. Upstairs bedroom did get quite hot (hot air rises) however - air con on, and it cools down. Location was perfect, walking distance to various things and easy to shoot across to Fishermans or ChoengMong on the scooter for dinner. Sue/Konradin? was fantastic in ensuring our stay would be hassle free and introduced us to Aoo. Aoo is a superstar! Anything you need - Aoo provides! Aoo ensured we felt like movie stars, like royalty. Thank you Sue, Big Thank you Aoo

Great villa and best host in Koh samui! Very much recommended

Super Unterkunft um schnell im geschehen zu sein und die Insel zu erkunden! Die Häusschen sind sehr süß und eher traditioneller. Preis Leistung ist echt top! Wir empfanden es etwas zu laut, aber die vielen Katzen in der Anlage waren ein großes plus! Unser Kind hat es sehr geliebt. Die Betten waren uns zu hart und auch warm Wasser hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, war bei den Temperaturen aber nicht so schlimm. Wir haben vor Ort nochmal verlängert, ohne Probleme! Klare Empfehlung!

Lovely stay with a lovely view, overall would recommend

We had an amazing time in this villa. We were with 3 couples and the villa has enough space for us all to relax and have privacy as well area to sit together for dinner/drinks etc. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen well equipped. Location is almost perfect, quiet but within few mins walking you can be in bars, restaurants, beach-clubs etc. Take a grab and you are in Fisherman Village within 10 mins

The villa has amazing views and the host is very helpful and kind. We had an unforeseen change of plans and the host was very accommodative. The host goes out of the way to help. The villa views are breathtaking.

Darunee & Alex were amazing hosts. I brought my family on a much deserved vacation and the house delivers everything that we needed. It's such an amazing place to spend quality with family. Everything was amazing.. the view, the pool, the rooms, the kitchen. everything was so comfortable. The hosts were so accomodating, friendly and understanding it was like talking to a friend ☺️ Thank you so much Alex & Darunee for accommodating my family 🙏🥰❤️ highly recommend to everyone
