Holiday rentals with a patio in Lincoln County

This is the second time we've stayed at this location. We love that it's just across from a nice park, and no more than a five minute walk to the Mid-town shops and restaurants. The condo itself is clean, quiet, and well provisioned. Although we didn't cook any meals, we did use the kitchen to reheat leftovers. We also used washer-dryer. The only downside is that for whatever reason the master bedroom gets warm at night, but after the first night we learned our lesson and used the fan they provided for that reason. It makes a big difference.

Wonderful host! Kylah wqs welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The property itself was exceptional: very clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

It's a spectacular space. The astronomy options were a bit beyond us, but there was plenty of other stuff to relish. Things worked. It was clean. No complaints. Thanks.

From start to finish, Kim was extremely helpful and their place was exactly like described. We really enjoyed our time in Ruidoso in this condo fit our needs perfectly. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We would love to visit again.

Además de que está cerca de los lugares que buscábamos visitar. También el acceso al lugar es muy sencillo y fueron tal cual las instrucciones que recibimos. We really enjoyed our stay here! It felt secluded because of the mountain landscape, but you’re close to the casino & the downtown shops. I would definitely recommend staying here & we’ll be back!

Exactly what we needed—super quiet, peaceful, and incredibly restful. The home was clean, cozy, and tucked away just enough to feel like a true escape. There’s also a ton to do in the area—hiking, shopping, great local spots to eat. Joel is an amazing host: communicative, welcoming, and clearly cares about the guest experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Gabriel’s place was perfect for what we needed! It’s located close to grocery stores and only a few minutes drive from all the shops and restaurants. But also far enough from the main road that you don’t hear traffic or too much noise. The place was spacious with plenty of seating and gathering areas. The backyard alone will keep this place on my list for an extended stay - with ample seating, corn hole, a pool table just off the patio area, bbq amenities. It’s definitely worth booking again!

Beautiful one bedroom house. Everything is so comfortable, so many amenities, nothing is lacking. Good communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Had the best time in Ruidoso and Bella Vista was a perfect place for us. Convenient to golf, horse racing, dining, hiking. And the house was amazing. Loved it all, but especially the deck and the fact it was a single story house!!!!

Absolutely loved our visit! We’ve stayed in this house previously and we really loved the new improvements that they have done since last year. The house was clean and neat. Perfect amount of room. Love the back yard hangout area! Great location and quiet neighborhood. We had no complaints. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Host was so friendly and quick to answer! And her lovely home was so beautifully decorated and nice and cool for this hot weather….upon entering the home it smelled so clean by far the best stay ive had would definitely recommend.

This condo was perfect for a long weekend with our family of four. Very clean with all the amenities as described. Was a plus to have laundry and the kitchen was very functional. Our kids loved that there were tons of puzzles and board games to enjoy as well. One note- there is no AC. We opened the windows and turned on the fan and were comfortable but if it would have been much hotter that might now have been the case. The mattresses were very comfy and the linens felt very luxurious. And the upper and lower outdoor patios were nice additional space to enjoy the outdoors.

Absolutely love this condo, cozy comfy and clean. Had everything we needed, will definitely book here again. Beautiful place and the puzzles , games were a plus, for family night. Thank you

We were looking for a place close to Inn of the Mountain Gods & this condo fit the bill! Everything was exactly as Debi provided - check-in, stay, amenities, everything! It was my husband & I so the cozy space was perfect! I recently had knee surgery & the fact that the entrance had no stairs was a very important plus for us. Highly recommend!

Lovely home that’s got great access to everything Ruidoso has to offer! I loved all of the furnishings and decor. The kitchen is amazing!
