Beachfront holiday rentals in Limenaria

My wife and I had a very good stay in Anna's apartment, the balcony was a great added value. Very good location and easy to park. The apartment was clean and tidy and all features as described. Anna was punctual and helpful with all our questions. We would love to stay again.

Velmi pěkné místo, krásná velká terasa s výhledem na moře. Byt malý, ale útulný. Hned naproti dobrá restaurace. Pobyt jsme si užili!

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lots of hot water and very good wifi. It has a lovely garden facing east, perfect for breakfast outside in the sun. There are restaurants, a bar, small shops and a small beach 10 minutes walk away and lovely beaches within 15 minutes drive. You can swim very close to the apartment but the shore is stony and you’d need water shoes. The neighbourhood is very quiet, apartment is close to the main road but not enough traffic to bother us. Highly recommended.

Unser Aufenthalt in Nea Iraklitsa war einfach fantastisch – und das verdanken wir vor allem diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und unserem großartigen Gastgeber Babis! Das Haus war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders die großzügige Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer war ein absolutes Highlight – wir haben dort viele entspannte Abende verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem nah am Strand, an Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften. Auch Kavala ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Babis war ein unglaublich aufmerksamer und herzlicher Gastgeber – er hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Wir können dieses Haus und Babis als Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen!

The apartment is wonderful—spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. It is a place where you can immediately feel at home without missing anything. Even the smallest detail has been thought of. The place is very quiet and peaceful, but it is also very convenient for exploring the whole island. It is close to the central part of the city with restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Vasiliki's apartment. This is one of the best Airbnb places I've been to.

I had an amazing stay at Bay Studios in Potos, Greece! The location was fantastic, close to both the beach and town, and the studio itself was spotless and comfortable. What really made the difference, though, was the incredible staff. They were so friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The administrator was also exceptionally responsive and kind, always quick to address any requests with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay special. Highly recommend Bay Studios, and I can't wait to return!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Carlo qui a été toujours très réactif dès que nous avions des demandes. L’appartement a un emplacement idéal et une très belle vue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Stavroula ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die alle möglich Wünsche erfüllt. Das Airbnb war sehr sauber und entsprach den Beschreibungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Ein tolles Haus mit herrlichem Blick über das Meer. Besser geht es nicht. Die Straße daneben ist relativ laut, aber man gewöhnt sich daran.

Wunderschön! Super schöne Wohnung mit viel Privatsphäre und ruhig neben dem Wald gelegen. Sehr moderne und gepflegte Wohnung, alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Nähe hat es Cafés , Bäckereien, diverse Restaurants und einen super schönen Strand. Das Highlight war der Pool, welcher sogar beheizt ist. Giota war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht und hat sich sehr lieb um uns gekümmert. Wir kommem sehr gerne wieder!

We stayed here in a group of 10 and had such an amazing time. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need, the pool area is 10/10, all the rooms were clean and spacious. Evgenis was so proactive, helping us out in every way possible- even arranging a cake for my birthday!! We did a private boat trip, and took taxis into kavala town, it’s such a beautiful town, we felt like the only tourists there! The quiet beach is a short walk away and so are some amazing restaurants. We couldn’t fault this accommodation, and would definitely recommend!

Lamprini is an excellent host! Very nice and easy to communicate with. The house and the property are fantastic! Very spacious and sparkling clean. The location is right off of the main road, and within walking distance to restaurants and the sea. The pool on the property was fantastic! We had a large group with kids and it was a wonderful place for them to play! There is a beach that you can walk to from the villa, that has the beautiful water, but the beach itself was a little baren for my taste. There are stunning beaches to visit on Thassos that you must drive to from the Villa.

We stayed there for 6 nights, 4 adults and 2 dogs. The place looks nice, a bit small for 4 persons but manageable. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped but it's OK, we were able to make breakfast in the morning. The problem we encountered is that the yard is not fully fenced, is not fenced at all. It has some plants around it but for a big part of it the plants are still very small. Our dogs were able to get out of the yard with no problem. Another thing I didn't understood from the listing is that the villa is shared, is not the entire villa. Upstairs you have neighbors. Other than that, the host were lovely and considerate, we also had a small incident with our friends dog who chewed on a cable but in the end everything was good. We had a lovely stay nevertheless.

My family and I enjoyed the accommodation and we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who goes to Thassos and wants a peaceful and pleasant stay. Everything was perfect! We're definitely planning to come back!

Kostas harika biri , çok cana yakın ve en ufak sorunumuzda ilgilendi, gümrükte geç kaldığımızdan dolayı feribota yetişemedik ve geç gittik ama kendisi misafirperverliğini gösterip tatilimizi ücretsiz bir şekilde 1 gün uzattı , kendisine tekrardan teşekkürler . Ev içinse ; manzarası müthiş , canlı bir tablo gibi. Ev modern değil fakat yerli halkın yaşadığı evler gibi o yüzden farklı bir deneyim oluyor. Otopark sıkıntısı olan bu bölgede park sıkıntısı yaşamadan gidip gelebilirsiniz. Evin hemen arkasında sahil mevcut. Güzel restoranlara 1 dakika içinde ulaşabilirsiniz. Kostas bence en yakın zamanda bu bölgeye büyük bir market açtırırsa (ki bence misafirleri için bunu da yapacaktır) çok iyi olacak , herşeyin için teşekkürler !

The location of the newly built house is just 20m down the steep but paved road that separates from the main motorway. There is a gate to the small parking lot which can fit two cars safely and comfortably. Each unit has its own access keeping the intimacy of the splendid view towards the olive garden. The apartment is very spacious with large sliding glass doors connecting the ground level garden with the interior. The bathroom is comfortable to use and the kitchen is the best equipped we’d seen in Greece so far. The orientation of the house is towards the west therefore the patio is sunny up until the very sunset. There is also a path that leads to the shore where you can find two sunbeds however the beach itself is very rocky so its recommended to use water shoes. The only little downside to this otherwise beautiful modern complex is that the outdoor sofa is thinly padded therefore uncomfortable for longer periods of use, but this does not take away from our experience

Logement très agréable, propre et fonctionnel ! L’extérieur est super aussi, sans vis à vis et bien entretenu. Kanaris est un super hôte, accueillant, amical et pleins de bonnes adresses pour profiter au mieux du séjour à Thasos ! Je recommande sans aucune hésitation !

Nagyszerűen éreztük magunkat ebben a 7 napban, minden olyan volt mint a képeken, a kilátás pedig egyszerűen csodálatos volt. Klíma minden szobában, a tenger felől 2 autó is megtud állni, pont az erkély alatt. A házigazdga nagyon nagyon barátságos volt, készített nekünk nagyon finom süteményt, ajándékba adott hűtőmágnest, illetve gyümölcsöket is kaptunk 🥰 mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom ezt a szállást 🥰🥰

The place is super comfortable and kids-friendly. Tzuliana is amazing host and you can feel right at home. The house and the garden are well cared for and really beautiful.
