Holiday rentals with a patio in Lima Region

I stayed at Ana’s apartment for 3 months while working remotely. It was the perfect place and felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent and the rooftop pool was amazing. Ana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definetly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to visit Barranco!!

El departamento es idéntico a las fotos, todo muy impecable y con restaurantes y tiendas muy cercas. El acceso es muy rápido. Las instrucciones fueron de fácil entendimiento y dudas resueltas rápido. Muy recomendable!

El apto está realmente nuevo, muy lindo, tal cual la foto. El baño muy lindo y moderno; la cocina perfectamente equipada. Siento que fue seguro, en todo momento había alguien en recepción. Hay una construcción al lado que funciona desde las 8:00 am mas o menos, pero me brindaron tapones de oído. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar en este lugar.

Ten Stars! we have been traveling for over 20 months in the US, Canada, Europe and South America and Monica's place is by far the nicest we've stayed in! To have two bathrooms and Washer and dryer inside the apartment were a dream come true! Monica was an amazingly gracious host and if we ever return to Lima, like we hope to, we would love to stay at her place again! We were sad to leave after three amazing weeks!

I stayed at Linette's while enjoying the restaurants in Lima and loved it! This is like a brand new luxury building in a trendy neighborhood and it all felt so elevated. The view from the apartment was incredible. Everything inside the apartment looked brand new. The front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful too. I will say both nights I stayed the fire alarm randomly went off for about 10 seconds and then stopped on its own both times. One around midnight and the other around 5AM the next night. I was asleep so I'm not sure why they went off. That's not under Linette's control though. She was so friendly and kind. I would totally stay here again!

My second time staying at Ana's place. Apartment is very clean and organzied. It's equipped with everything you would need. Perfect location. Ana was always responsive to any questions and requests i had.

We had a great stay in Rodrigo’s apartment! It had everything we needed for a short stay in Lima. The apartment was very modern and the building felt secure. Rodrigo was friendly and extremely responsive. We would recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Lima!

Manuel's home in Miraflores is easily one of the best home's I've ever stayed in period. Such a lovely apartment and everything so tastefully decorated. Everything functioned perfectly, not to mention one of the best showers I've ever had the pleasure of using. The view from the 17th floor is a beautiful one and almost trippy from how high up it is and being able to overlook the whole neighborhood + the water. I 100% recommend going to CasaLuz for the house, but staying for the host. Manuel was absolutely amazing and so prompt with anything we could've needed the entire trip. We were constantly stocked on purified water bottles and even had a cleaning service come through occasionally. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you, Manuel!

Pasamos un fin de semana súper relajante en el alojamiento. Martha y su esposo siempre muy amables y atentos, desde el inicio hasta el final. El lugar es sencillo, pacífico y tranquilo; excelente si deseas desconectar por unos días. La plaza está a un par de minutos y tienes distintas opciones de comida a un precio cómodo. El jardín es amplio con una hamaca en la cual se descansa genial.

Ambiente tranquilo y privado si lo que buscas es descansar del ruido de la ciudad, fui con mis papás y mis dos perritas, la pasamos bien! El fulbito de mano y la hamaca fueron parte de las cosas que disfruté mucho, pero poniéndome previamente repelente. La anfitriona Anyela siempre amable y atenta a mis consultas.

El mejor lugar para alojarnos , Claudia una excelente anfitriona con un trato muy cordial y amigable, la casa es maravillosa 100 % recomendable. Lleve a mi hijo de un año y amo la casa desde el primer momento , estábamos cerca a restaurantes y una ubicación cerca a todo. El jardín de la casa es una maravilla, volveré muy pronto.

Excelente casa muy acogedora para grupos grandes, hermoso patio con hermosos árboles y Flores, y una tortuga que causó sensacion a mis niños. 100% recomendada. Todo inmaculado.

Apartamento: Totalmente equipado su cocina, los espacios tal y cual las fotos, muy fresco privado y tranquilo. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Ubicacion: muy buena, cerca a varios restaurantes y supermercados. Host: victor es muy amable, atento y buena persona. Responde muy rápido! Es la segunda vez que me alojo aqui y lo Volveria hacer seguramente. Gracias Vic!

Overall we had a great stay and recommend as a good value place to stay in Miraflores. We loved the excellent location, comfortabale bed , high quality linens, prompt and friendly commu/nication from Lorena. Everything was clean and spotless. Nice to have a generous stock of toilet paper for our week stay. There is a grocery store across the street that is stocked with everything you need. The 24 hr security staff were very helpful and friendly. A few improvementss would make it even better sunch as new fry pans, chairs for the balcony and a more comfortable couch.

Great location, awesome restaurants and bars nearby. Ricardo was a great host, flexible with our checkin and super friendly.

The pics don’t do it any justice. Security guys downstairs were super chill and helpful, made everything easy. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for Miraflores. Thanks!

I love the location of Renzos place. Spacious, great views and everything you could need, steps from your door. And across the street is a big, beautiful park. Plus the outdoor space is hard to find in Lima. Would definitely recommend Renzos place!

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.

Adriana was extremely easy to deal with, her place in the Miraflores neighborhood of Lima was beautiful. It was on the 19th floor of an apartment building with a casino in the lobby. The area was safe and secure with the doorman very easy to get in and out with code,was a duplex apartment living area and kitchen on the first floor two bedrooms on the second floor and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Everything was very clean, beautiful balcony five stars would highly recommend.!! Great price
