Within walking distance (about 600 m), the river Le Gartempe, where there are enough places to take a refreshing dip. The cyclist can also get his heart's content. For the mountain biker (possibly available), tour cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the landscape. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are available. For the horse riders there is a riding school a few kilometers away. For culture and relaxation nearby I recommend Ivo's guidebook.

Lovely first floor apartment. Fully equipped with large private courtyard and free onsite parking. Situated in a quiet street which is a stones throw from a lovely french village. There is a choice of bars & restaurants. A selection of shops including a small supermarket, 2 boulangeries, butchers, florist and pharmacy. A beautiful lake with a small beach only a short walk away. It offers numerous activities including picturesque walks, fishing and during summer, aqua sports & bar/restaurant.

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

Our holiday home is at the gates of the Brenne National Park, 330 km from Porte d 'Auteuil in Paris. Former 250 m2 hunting pavilion located in a park of 2 hectares of landscaped, the house is perfectly equipped. It was completely restored in 2014. Furnished in a fairly contemporary style, it offers, summer and winter, a soothing setting in the heart of the nature. The swimming pool (9x4) is made of concrete, heated to 25 degrees from May to September.

Very nice accommodation, very well equipped, very comfortable and extremely pleasant. A real pleasure stay with a bucolic natural pool and everything you need to keep busy outdoors within the accommodation (ping-pong table and volleyball net). The quality of the bedding as well as the equipment of the house are to be noted, which is rare for a rental accommodation. Thank you to Aurélia for her welcome, kindness and advice. I highly recommend this accommodation, hoping to return soon.

We had a great family stay at Hervé's! The key words were disconnection and friendliness, the cottage was great for us 5 and the 2 dogs, we were lucky to be able to walk on the land where trails had been made, making a loop of a little less than an hour, the setting is superb. Hervé is very kind, responsive and accessible, we were able to exchange well :).

The house itself has been so well thought out when renovating, not losing the old charm of the area but ensuring that guests have a great stay in a modern home. Beatrice was so wonderful as a host, really friendly and responsive. The house was clean, the hot water was great, and it’s a beautiful part of the world to be. We loved it!
